Full disclosure: I am a hairstylist who has worked in high end salons, so I have a standard I would like my stylist to meet. Yesterday I saw Cassie, the new manager of this location, for a haircut– and she totally hooked me up! I could tell by feel that she was super thorough, and she said she uses «Supercuts technique». It must mean «perfectionist technique», because she checked for balance several times. She also gave me some product suggestions and a wet brush to brush through my hair when it is wet without tearing it to shreds. In short, top notch customer service and I look freakin HOTT. For 16.95 plus tip??? Worth every penny and then some. Thanks Cassie!!!

Please do not waste your money. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. They were so rude: no «good morning», no «please», no «thank you».
Also she did a terrible job cutting the hair, she asked what I wanted, i showed a pic of exactly what i wanted and she completely messed it up. I don’t feel like wasting my words for this business. Stay away!

We just stopped in for my husband to get a haircut after the Unilocal smash burger event. There were only 2 people ahead of him and they told us they’d be with us shortly. They did a decent job no mistakes and the service was fast. The prices are a little high but my husband got the senior discount and paid $ 10 which is what his usual barber charges anyway.
They carry an array of products on the wall, not sure if anyone really uses them or buys them there but they do have them advertised. They give you a card an after your 12th haircut you get one for free. It’s almost like $ 1 of each haircut goes toward the 13th free one which would take my husband a year to accumulate seeing that he only gets his hair cut once a month.
Maybe if it was every 6 or 7 haircuts but 12 seems like a lot before you get a free one. Even most places settle for 10 but I guess they want more money for some reason. Oh well, a buzz cut is a buzz cut, no styling necessary.
