The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because there are no evening classes available! I took my first class yesterday and loved it, but I cant make morning classes during the week. Erin was great though, very energetic, fun, and you can tell she really loves what she does. The workout was great, and I’d LOOOOOOOOOVE to start taking classes on a regular basis if evening classes become an option!

I took a class while on vacation. This was so much better than my local class because Erin is so motivating. What a great low-impact workout! I was a wee bit sore the next day in all the right areas, so I know I built muscle. More muscle means a higher metabolism, and I need that! I loved the ease of her class. Nice facility, too. I wish I lived there so I could become a regular!

Best exercise class ever! I’m in the best shape I’ve been in, in a very long time. Class is fun and challenging. No lifting of heavy weights, no running, but working and strenghtening your core. Flatter stomach, shapelier rear. Highly recommend this class for all ages. I’m in my late 50’s and really look forward to going.

What a great class! I run and lift weights, but had never done a class like this before. It was challenging, fun and effective. I was surprised how challenged my muscles were without heavy weights. Erin, the instructor, was very knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail, and helpful with my form. As a beginner, this was especially important. The class went by very quickly — the hour was over before I knew it. I highly recommend it!
