Fortress Security Systems

My security system is 15 years old and needed servicing. Shawn was very nice and exceptionally knowledgeable. He was efficient in checking all our sensors, replacing the couple that were broken and the charge was minimal. I was more than impressed which is not easy by the way. If I ever need a new system, I will purchase it from them and am happy to refer them.

We are very pleased with the installation and all related services received from Fortress Securities Systems. Interestingly we have never been the victim of a crime in our home, but since the system installed six months ago, we have had a sense of calmness and protection in our home each night when we activate our system, unlike any other in the many years prior.
Our technician Sean, was an excellent representation of Fortress Security and perhaps more importantly, the family as well. This was significant as the Fortress leadership team has been very active and visible in their local church and community at large.
He was polite, courteous, prompt, clean, personable and very, very efficient. Sean explained the process as he worked, and gave good user instruction upon completion.
We highly recommend their services to friends, family and neighbors in our own local Azusa Community, and throughout the San Gabriel Valley, as the peace of mind knowing the we, and those near and around us, are safe, is awesome.

I had my Fortress security system installed in January 2011. All of my windows and doors are hard wired plus I have a motion detector in the main living area of my condo. The hard wiring means that holes are drilled through your windows and they run wires through the holes and back to the panel (via the attic). Needless to say I was completely hesitant to have my new windows drilled through. However, the holes are tiny and they are capped off nicely with a very small little sensor and magnet. You cannot even tell they are there and windows operate the same as they always have. The installation took a full day of work and by the end of the day I had a working alarm. The price was very competitive compared to others that quoted me for a similar hard wire installation and the monthly monitoring cost is cheaper than any other company I researched. I’ve been really happy with my system and even the monitoring people that called (when I accidentally forgot to disarm) are so friendly and incredibly helpful.
