This place is great! Been coming here for over 2 years. It’s always so clean and doesn’t have the strong chemical smells other nail salons have. Their spa pedicures are great. I especially love the callous remover treatment (there is extra small fee for it) but totally worth it. They really spend time scrubbing all the dead skin off and my feet always leave super soft and smooth. Totally recommend this place.

This review is from my mother’s experience. She needed a last minute nail spot before an event and decided to come here because it’s close to our home. She said she came here once before and that they have nice chairs and the inside is clean. She took her own polish the first time, OPI, and everything looked great.
The recent time she went she forgot her nail polish and used their OPI in a similar color. Within a couple days it started to chip and the mani pedi that was done looked crooked. We feel they are not using genuine OPI products, or must be mixing something in the bottles. Not sure if anyone else has had this experience with their polishes also, but wanted to put it out there in case so people can at least beware of their crappy polishes.

I wish I could give them negative 5 stars. I went there 1 time and didn’t leave them a tip because they hurt me while doing my nails and were not very friendly. I don’t know if it was because I was the last customers on a Sunday but it shouldn’t matter. Well I paid $ 40 cash and $ 10 on my card as I didn’t have the rest of the cash. She asked me if I was only going to charge $ 10 I said yes she said no tip I said no. She didn’t like that well needles to say when I reviewed my credit card statement they gave themselves a tip anyways. Wth!!! BEWARE WHEN USING YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE THEY WILL KINDLY TIP THEMSELVES!!!

This was my first and last time here. The shop is clean but that is what the one star is for. They lacked on customer service to say the least. They didn’t ask me my name and never even tried to talk to me. Even when I tried there was no response. The guy had to translate EVERY time i said anything that was abouty my pedicure to the lady. She cut my top emails toe nails crooked and when I pointed out areas of my feet that were still rough she couldn’t get the saddles on me or get me out of the chair fast enough. I also got eye browser waxed and they aren’t horrible but I’m pretty sure my beauty school drop out neice could have done just as well. What a shame. At least the negative experience was still under $ 40 and yes I tipped still.

This is my first time to Idol Nails. I went on a Sunday without an appointment, and not even knowing if they were open. They were not, but when they saw peeping at the door, they welcomed me in even though it was an hour after closing. They were efficient, moving quickly but still gave me a great pedicure. I made sure to tip extra because they stayed open for me. I’ll post again after I go again. They charge $ 18. for a spa pedicure, and they have a $ 20. minimum for credit or debit cards.

Today was my first visit there. I previously went to Expert Nails, but they have closed their doors. I was very pleased with my whole experience here. Kevin did such a good job on my nails and other staff were as nice and polite as can be. also they are one of the cleanest places I have been to. It was comfortable and nice and cool in there as they had their air conditioning on as a lot of nail places don’t. I will definitely be returning to this place and highly recommend them.

First visit the other day. Sooooo happy with my eyebrows and jenny was near painless!!! Also got pink and white nails and Kevin did an amazing job. Definitely going back!!!

I took my daughter (age 3) for her first ever manicure. They did a very good job on her nails and were very attentive to her. I got a full set (pink & white) and I love how they turned out. We will definitely be returning for another mommy daughter day soon.

This my first time at Idol Nails. Jenny is doing an AWESOME job on my feet. I am getting the deluxe pedicure. Which is is a full pedicure, callus remover, honey sugar scrub (which exfoliates, soften and moisture my feet). Extra massage with butter lotion and to top it off a clay mud masque with warm towels all for $ 30 & 10% off for Unilocaling!!! I will be back.

Great place to get your nails done! Jenny does excellent pedis. Good choice of gel nail colors. They’re a bit pricey, but worth it!

Vicky is no longer there, she sold the salon and they aren’t nice. When I called the salon, they told me I had the wrong number… luckily I had another way to get a hold of Vicky. She is now at Romantic Nail across the street. You can book an appointment with her at 626−215−5375!
So Vicky still gets 5 stars, see my previous review… but the new folks at Idol get a thumbs down.

This place is great if your looking to have a full set done. Vicky is one of the best in the biz. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. Every time I go to her my nails come out looking natural and clean.
Price range is a bit up there… for me it usually runs about $ 50 (mani/​spa pedi, full set and some other scrubs)
2 reasons I would give this place a 3⁄5: 1: The customer service. I’ve noticed that the longer I continue to go there the less respect and common courtesy I receive. =(Such a shame because now I am on the look out for another salon. Secondly, although my nails look great my pedicures are always a hit or miss. I just wish they would hire the same quality that Vicky performs at.
Point being… a regular is a regular and you should do anything to keep them comin’!

Vicky is the best. She does an incredible job with Pink and White. Always very clean and pleasant to visit. She uses top quality products and takes pride in her work. My nails NEVER lift or look bad, even when I’m bad and take 3 – 4 weeks for a fill.
I highly recommend Vicky and Idol Nails. They also do pedicures, waxing and facials too!

I am very picky about my nails and have tried hundreds and hundreds of nail salons, I finally found vicki and will never let anyone else do my nails, she is by far the best. She just opened a her own salon, its clean and plenty of parking. All of the chairs and equipment are new. Vicki and her staff are extremely friendly and personable. I love the environment plus its close to home which makes it even better. If anyone is looking for a new nail salon i highly recommend Idol Nails.

Vicki just opened up her salon in July and its great! She’s a perfectionist with acrylic nails– mine always turn out great. Her salon is clean and everyone is very nice. The pedicure chairs are brand new and so comfy! I recently got a facial there and it was so relaxing. The prices are very reasonable and I have never been pushed to buy any extra services. Vicki even gives out cards that she stamps, if you go enough you get $ 5 or $ 10 off!
