George Boravich should add EMT to his name as he has frequently saved my life with his knowledge and quick response to the myriad problems that seem to arise when I’m working on the computer. I admit that I am not among the computer/​net/​web-​savvy but neither am I brain dead. I simply don’t «get» how my equipment functions. I am frequently on the road — for weeks & months at a clip and it has been invaluable to be able to call George from afar (and sometimes it’s been VERY afar and odd time zones) and know that he will respond very quickly. I have complete confidence in him and his work and have allowed him access into my laptop while I’m on the road. I love talking to him on the phone while watching the cursor zoom around dipping and diving through whatever magic he is up to. The end result is always terrific accompanied by a huge sigh of relief on my part (his, too, probably). He always returns calls in a timely fashion; he’s always punctual; he never makes me feel like an idiot; he never tries to wrangle an extra dime on the clock. And did I mention that he’s very nice and has a great sense of humor?
