Everything about this visit was great! We loved that they had a nice, shady outdoor seating on a beautiful day that also allowed us to bring our puppy with us. There was also a nice select of food without it be overwhelming and I loved the special menu that they always have differently each day. The service was impeccable. They were attentive without being overbearing and really catered to each and every customer. The customer service alone was enough to give this place 5 stars but the food was also spot on. I ordered the almond pancakes with strawberries and they were light and fluffy: perfect. I immediately regretted ordering the half size rather than the full. A little detail that highlights their meticulousness is exemplified in my boyfriend’s order of liking his eggs over hard, which a lot of people don’t really know of because most people like a runny egg or scrambled. They were cooked exactly how he liked it. I would definitely come again and see what else they have to over!

Been here a few times. Each time I go I am reminded that this has to be the best breakfast spot in the entire universe. First thing you need to do is order the tator tots. They are not your typical tot. You can’t go wrong with the café bendict or chicken and waffles. The café benedect is a fluffy light waffle covered with thin strips of maple smoked ham and two eggs smothered in this creamy smooth cheese sauce. The chicken and waffles were amazing too. They cover the boneless chicken that is perfectly seasoned and battered with a ground meat gravy. Think biscuits and gravy type sauce. The egg dishes were delishes as well. Moist fluffy omelettes. The crunchy French toast is great if you like sweet things. They use a cinnamon swirl bread. Service here is Excellent, expect to wait maybe 30 minutes if you show up after 9am. Place is small. Great ambience inside or on the front porch. Dog friendly out there.

I have come here several times for brunch and absolutely LOVEIT! It’s now my go to brunch spot. Service is always friendly and attentive, everything I’ve ordered has been delicious AND they have an awesome Mimosa Flight! You can choose 4 different juices like apple, guava, mango, pineapple or orange– my favorite is the apple. It’s like grown up Martinelli’s and it’s fantastic. There can be a bit of a wait on the weekends, but it’s totally worth it. I love sitting outside on their dog-friendly patio with my pup.

I’m not sure why I don’t come here more often but I am definitely going to. I like to sit outside, such a cute location. Everything I’ve ever gotten here has been fresh and delicious. This past visit I ordered the breakfast panini with egg whites, it was soo good. The pesto was on point, the bacon was nice and thick, ughh I’m getting hungry haha. My boyfriend got the breakfast burrito, it was very good with a side of what seems to be fresh salsa verde(green salsa). We both got the scalloped potatoes as our sides, they were super good and well seasoned but a tad heavy for me. Next time maybe just one of us will get the potatoes and we can share lol. As for drinks, the coffee was bold and so fresh I could possibly drink it black. The fresh squeezed OJ was really good too. Thanks Peach Café, I will definitely be seeing you soon.

I absolutely love this place. It became me and my husband favorite place about 8 months ago. And we keep coming back. Liza is the best. She always makes sure my husband & I are well taken care of. The food is always amazing. And if anything goes wrong they are quick to fix it. I keep coming back not only for the amazing food but the amazing customer service as well! We came here the day after our wedding in January and since then I feel like we have become regulars! My favorites are their omelets and bottomless mimosas! Can’t forget the house tater tots! LOL keep up the great work. You all are amazing. 5 stars and would definitely recommend this place! –Bree Flucker

The place is eh. If you’re visiting the area. It’s a cool little spot to have brunch since they have beer and wine. Service us quick and friendly. Coffees better than most breakfast spots. But the food. it’s eh. My girlfriend wanted to come here because of all the great photos she saw in Unilocal,so we made the little drive out here. And it’s just not worth it. I ordered an omelet that I built myself. Mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, and spinach. With a side of potatoes and bread. The omelet was way too dry. Had slightly over cooked color to it. Overall it was just a bland omelet. Nothing you couldn’t make at home. The potatoes were ok. And the give you a single slice of thick bread. Girlfriend got the huevos rancheros. …and we are really tied of these little cafes trying to do Mexican breakfast dishes and failing miserably. The eggs were supposed to be over easy. One was over cooked and wasn’t running. The other was properly over easy. weird. The salsa was eh and overly used. So much that when you were trying to finish the end of the beans you were eating just whole bites of salsa. Overall. This place can be skipped if you want any breakfast dish that uses eggs.

I’ve been here more than a handful of times now and each time is always been enjoyable. Peach Café is located in Monrovia among an area full of wonderful mom and pop shops. I love it the small town ambience! Their food is awesome especially if you’re looking for delicious, home style brunch food! They offer unique daily specials and a variety of breakfast meals. Parking is free in the public lot nearby. Always expect a wait here, because people know the food is good!

Have been to this place twice now and absolutely loved the food on both occasions! First time around went with family and ordered a different plate each so we could share a nice brunch spread. All our eggs, pancakes, waffles and potatoes were cooked perfectly. Their Waffle is particularly good, made with CINNAMONBREAD! And even with a generous amount of syrup, it still wasn’t overly sweet! Yum. The service was okay but kinda eh, they weren’t too busy and we had to keep asking for refills on everything and felt kind of forgotten at times. My second time visiting I ordered the Breakfast Panini with pesto and it was AMAZING. The pesto is the perfect addition to the fresh, melted pepper jack cheese, egg and bacon and I think it was ham as well?! So bomb. But we had to ask someone to take our order for drinks and food even though I was seen and greeted walking in 10 – 15 minutes prior. Everyone is friendly enough, just seems like its easy to be overlooked there for some reason. Overall, a great little place for brunch in Monrovia, you can tell the chef takes great pride in their flavor pairings and meals. Would definitely return; especially to try that crispy garlic rice!

I came here with close friends for brunch. For some reason we all ordered the same dish. However we had a variety of sides to choose from for the same price! Overall this place has great customer service, the food is delicious what more could one ask for!

3 stars to begin with because all the good food you see on Unilocal?Mostly available on the weekend. Chicken and waffles? Nope, weekend only. Chilequiles? Nope, weekend only. Southern eggs benedict? Nope not for you on Tuesday. Not cool when you want to try something, you come in and it’s not even an option. So the food, My café mocha was very hot and very delicious… perfect. Maple bacon waffle was damn good. Cinnamin French toast was light and flavorful. I get the feeling that everything is likely very yummy. To bad if you work weekends you won’t get to taste it. I’ll likely be back, but no promises. Price $$-$$$, for a breakfast and because if you really want a full breakfast, like my guy, you have to build your own and it adds up. I stick with three stars in PROTEST of their weekend only deals.

Stopped by around 8:30am on a Sunday Had to park on the street didn’t see any private parking lot for the café.(Parking Rating 1⁄5) Notice the café had a small outdoor seating area and once inside the seating was on the small side as well. Didn’t really like the seating it was a bit cramped, if they got busy you’d basically be having your meal with other people less then a foot from you.(Seating Arrangement Rating 2⁄5) Once we were seated and given ours menus the first waitress was pushy on us ordering something from their«weekend special’s menu» which I didn’t like considering we just sat down & haven’t had the time to look the menu.(Staff Rating 1⁄5) Our second waitress came by afterwards she was a lot better. I ordered their Peach Omelette with Home Style Potatoes & Cornbread. Also got their B&B which was thick cut Cinnamon Bread with Blueberry Maple syrup that came with Bananas slices and powered sugar. They food came out in a timely manner. The Peach Omelette(Rating 2⁄5) was okay nothing really special it came with tomatoes, peppers, ham & pepper jack cheese. I thought the portion could have been larger. The Home Style potatoes(Rating 1⁄5) were decent but the portion was too small. The Corn Bread(Rating 1⁄5) was a thick cut but it didn’t taste good it tasted like it was some box mix I could pick up at Ralph’s. The B&B(Rating 2⁄5) the portion was big but the bread itself was doughy and very eggy and there was hint of cinnamon. The Blueberry Maple Syrup had a awkward taste it was slightly tart & bitter with hint a sweetness. Summary: I’d only come here if I had no other choice & I was in the area. Nothing about this spot is worth a recommendation to anyone. There are better places to eat in the area.

Came around 9AM on a Sunday morning and was seated right away; the rush started around 10AM. Their specials menu changes often but I got to try the asparagus omelette with fruit and cornbread as my sides. The omelette had goat cheese, mushrooms, truffle oil. Everything was so yummy! They have a lot of options on their menu and everything sounded appetizing so I’ll definitely be back to try something new next time!

A Cute little café in an area that has lots of food options. Food was very good with lots of healthy options and, if you are in the mood, they also serve alcohol(beer and wine only). They serve breakfast till late on the weekends and at a regular brunch hour(12ish?) the wait time to be seated was only 7 – 10 mins. I seriously thought it would be longer because the place was BUSY. They had 2 menus: their weekend specials menu and the regular breakfast/lunch menu. We ordered the specials and some tea. The service was great. They kept coming by to check on us and constantly refilled our drinks. The food was delicious. My omelette had all kinds of flavor. The only thing I didn’t care for, was the amount of gravy they put on it. It was too much. If I had known it would be so much I probably would have asked for it on the side. The highlight of my breakfast was the sweet potato mash! Omg it was amazing! Definitely a must try here! This was a solid place to grab a late breakfast! The service is friendly and the prices are moderate. Glad my friend brought me here, check this place out!

Such a good local spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. After an amazing day hiking i wanted to try and new local spot in my area. I always love being in Monrovia and this area is perfect to walk around grab food, treats, or shopping. We walked in and were greeted by the front staff and were told we can seat anywhere open and someone will be with us. We sat down got comfortable and our server was right there to ask for drinks and to hand us the menu. She asked of we have been here before and we said no, she kindly gave us the best items in the house and also gave us a new menu that were the cooks special. We went with two items that were on the new menu and let me tell you they were SOOOOOGOOD! The food came out fast and delicious, staff was super cool and friendly. Cant wait to go back and try something new.

Enjoyed their NY to LA(turkey pastrami) Sandwich with side salad! Coffee was alright/decent. Should have gotten the Pumpkin Latte(saw it after placing the order). Went during weekend brunch rush, so a little of a wait. Service was fine. Overall, typically, enjoyed their brunch & sandwich items(now that I tried it).

Five words: hickory maple bacon infused waffle. I’m actually craving that now so I might as well leave a review for this quaint Monrovia brunch spot. No but seriously, if you ever happen to be in Old Town Monrovia and you happen to find yourself here, please do order the hickory maple bacon infused waffle. It sure made my taste buds do a happy dance. It’s light and crispy on the outside, not too sweet, and the maple bacon flavour really stands out in a non-obnoxious way. The strawberries and the sprinkle of powdered sugar were a nice touch. Kudos to them for the extra sweet strawberries. Made the waffle all the more enticing! I have had the Huevos Rancheros here and I thought it was just mediocre at best. It had black beans, slices of avocado, cilantro, and scrambled eggs. In my opinion, they could have added more salsa as it tasted a bit bland. The Farm Fresh Scramble is a little more on the healthy side. It had spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and avocados. Their portions here are just right unlike at most brunch spots. Service was fast and friendly. I have taken my dog here and they were accommodating enough to bring him a bowl of ice water. He appreciated it. I always love it when workers go the extra mile to make you feel welcome! Goodness heavens, I would go back for those waffles again.

You know what I realized before coming to Peach Café? That it’s so hard to find a nice brunch place in the Arcadia/Temple City/Monrovia area that’s not in Pasadena… Peach Café is one of the few around and here I am reviewing it. here we go. Environment — I came here on a weekend and since there arent that many brunch place offerings around this area, it was super packed. I wanted about 30 minutes for a table for two. The tables and seats inside are really cramped; you can here multiple conversations at the same time from other tables. Despite it being day time as well, the lighting was very poor. There were seriously so many people here at the same time I couldn’t believe it. So if you come here, don’t bring so many people. you might not get seated for a while. There is also outside seating. maybe 4 tables. Service — The service was kind of slow but I don’t really blame them. Well, I don’t know if I blame them or not. I feel like service here is up in the air and can be good or bad… the service I got was okay. The waiter/ess seemed to be in a rush and didn’t really make much conversation. Food — the food here is not that great. The portions i feel like are different on every plate. It didn’t taste amazing. here’s what I ate… 1) Peach Omelette — it seemed like a house special because we’re at Peach café and so we had to get the peach omelette. I am a HUGE fan of omelettes and feel like a restaurant should be able to throw some veggies, meat and eggs together. I was disappointed with this because it was literally the smallest omelette I had ever had. It was also dry. I don’t know… I wasn’t able to finish it because it just wasn’t that tasty. 2) Scalloped Potatoes — meh… don’t get it. Get some other side like fruits or 3) Corn Bread — these were HUGE and is a side you can choose. They were too dry for my taste… I suggest get something else. 4) Tator Tots — I love anything potatoes and the tots were okay. They’re 3x the size of a regular tot you would get, let’s say at a fast food restaurant or in a school cafeteria, and comes in a plate of 6 individual ones. They were really good. The sauce blended well with the bacon and potatoes. However, it was kind of expensive… like $ 1.20 per tot… c’mon. But whatever. 5) Nuts and Bolts — your basic eggs and sausage. Very standard. I think my friend got this because nothing else seemed too appetizing… 6) Strawberry Waffles — nothing spectacular. The waffle was too bready. At least we got the powdered sugar on top which gave the waffle most of its taste. Meh. 7) Coffee — took 3 sips… that was it. We didn’t have the heart to send it back. Ultimately, I think this place is a toss up… it’s either really good or bad. I am not coming back here again. I really wished that this place was good. We need more brunch places around the SGV area that is not Asian food.
