I had a terrible time trying to get my British passport photo done about 20 years ago… The British Government is VERY fussy about every tiny detail. When I came to renew my passport recently, I knew Rick would be the one to do the job right, the first time.
He did it fast, inexpensive and all with a smile. I sent off his photos and my passport followed shortly thereafter. Thanks Rick for speedy, accurate service.

I take my VHSes to Rick for transfer to DVD. Excellent service, and he even was able to copy one badly damaged DVD for me and restore it to a new one.

I have taken several old photos (black & white and colored) to have restored, reprinted, enlarged, framed, and Rick has done a fabulous, 5-​star job each instance. Please don’t pass this little, neighborhood shop by. We need to support our local, mom & pop businesses. Sure, Rick isn’t the warmest person when you first walk in. But then how many of us acknowledge those working in retail when we walk into their shops? You won’t regret giving your business to Rick. He’s performed beautiful, beautiful work for me!

I used Rick for my UK passport photos. He did a great job meeting all of the sizing requirements and made a great quality photo. I would definitely recommend for future foreign passport photos!

I went in asking for a color copy printed on photo paper. Rick said: «Photo paper? There’s no such thing.» He acted arrogant as if i were stupid for making such a request. When, of course there is photo paper! I will name some of them: Canon Photo Paper, Kodak Photo Paper, HP Color Laser Photo Paper, Office Depot Photo Paper. Office Depot Photo Paper, and Epson Premium glossy Photo Paper. All items have «photo paper» in their titles! If you go into Staples and say you want a color copy on photo paper, they know exactly what you mean. Rick tried to make me feel stupid. He also decided to start requiring a $ 10 minimum – though no where in his store is that posted! Obviously, he just made that up as a way to discriminate and discourage me from going there. It’s bad business to treat high paying customers well then treat customers with small orders as if they’re beneath you! I will never go there again!

Excellent quality photo work. Rick is a great guy who will take the time to understand what you need and explain how he will get it done right. As a professional photographer, I take all my projects to Rick for printing. His prices are quite reasonable for the quality of work you get. Another bonus?, get him to show you his HDR photo collection. He is a truly talented photographer (that’s right, one pro endorsing another!).

Rick is the guy if you need any type of photo editing. He has a good eye, knows every trick in the book and do a professional job, an artist and technician in one, as good as it gets.

Rick is awesome!!! I have found a printer for life. His work is amazing quality and his customer service can’t be beat! We spoke over the phone, he listened to my concerns and he helped me get exactly what I needed. With very little going back and forth it is like he just knew what I needed. Everything was so perfect! Rick did a great job digitizing my 60 year old 8 mm films and thousands of 35 mm negatives.

I came here to get Canadian passport photos and was disappointed. First, I paid $ 32 for only 2 photos. Seems steep. Second, there was no mirror. Sorry, but I gotta live with this pic for 10 yrs. Third, he didn’t let me look at my photo before finalizing it. I ended up $ 32 poorer and with 2 pics that made me look like I was shot with a stun gun. Thanks, Rick.
I ended up going to Fromex in San Gabriel after. WAY better! $ 12 for 4 pics + a CD. AND Fromex will actually stamp the back of the pics at no extra cost. Rick’s and most other places don’t have a stamp.
I’m sure Rick’s is fine for other stuff, but for Canadian passport pics, just go to Fromex in San Gabriel.

If you want a perfect foreign passport photo (mine was a Canadian passport photo) then come here. Rick is a passport photo ninja.

I have been running around trying to find a place that would do a good job on passport photo and this place is it. I know it is simple but I have passport pictures taken elsewhere in which, seems to be ok, but I actually really like my passport photo from this place. Quick, professional, friendly service.
