BESTSTARBUCKSSTOREEVER! There are a couple locations in my city and this store is absolutely the best!!! I go here almost every morning before work and never once have I had a bad drink or wasn’t greeted by an employee! They are all amazing! As soon as you walk in you just feel the warm and friendly atmosphere!

Had to get my quick fix right before work down the street. Unfortunately, because of the island in the street, I had to make a u-turn to get to this location. It has a good size parking lot for this small shop. Roughly at 11:30am, the line was pretty good. Not too long of a wait in line or the wait for the drink. Ordered a nonfat white mocha. This is my go-to drink. Mmm, tasted so good. Overall experience, not bad Starbucks. I’ll definitely pass by again when I’m back in town.

Came to get a frap and ended up leaving with a non blended coffee. My sister went in for me and came out with a hot peppermint mocha, then she goes back in for me and comes out with it iced after asking for it blended. Yes I could go back in myself and get what I wanted but after her going in twice asking for the same thing… I’m pretty much over it! I will not be returning to this location!

The coffee over here are pretty much just standard Starbucks coffee. What I like about this store is the service. They are consistent on providing decent customer service. The reason for me to take my time to write this review and give it a 5 star is because of Brian. I bough two Starbucks cups for Christmas as gifts at a different Starbucks and I ended up returning one of them. Unlike the other Starbucks Brain helped me without giving me run-around. Although the transaction was little complicated, he remained patient with me. He was very helpful and understanding. This is my new favorite Starbucks store. For now on I will make all my big purchase here.

Love the mobile ordering! Ordered a drink as I left the house and when I got to Starbucks(3−4mins away) the drink was done and ready to pick up. No need to wait in line or anything. Definitely recommend it. As for this specific location there’s ample room inside and outside to study or chill. Parking is more than enough for the place and there’s street parking as well if you’re planning to hop in and out. Drinks taste like any other Starbucks. Can’t comment on service because my only interaction was picking up my mobile ordered drink. But I was def greeted with a smile despite the line of people waiting for drinks. Always nice to have that.

Normally, as a rule, Starbucks makes good stuff and their employees are upbeat, happy, and respectful. At this location, you will find the exception to that rule. Poor service and poor quality, and its hard to screw up a Iced Green Tea… go figure.

UPDATE: I normally don’t have any desire to review any chains because I assume they’re almost the same. Unless they’re just plain bad or super awesome. This Starbucks is hands-down the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to in terms of EFFICIENCY and CUSTOMERSERVICE. I thought that the first time I came, everyone was just having a great day. Cool Dude 1 by the bakery goods flashed a big smile and shared his personal favorites, like he just had some to prove his jolliness. Cool Dude 2 at the register was equally smiley and friendly, and not in the creepy or fake way but in a I-really-do-love-to-greet-you kind of way. Cool Dude 3 got my drink ready in a flash just as Cool Dude 1 chimed in to wish me a great day. Repeat similar experience second and third time. They are so happy in here, it’s obvious they run on some happy coffee and love, just as their sign says. I’d certainly like some of that, and you can’t help but feel a bit happier leaving even as you’re like 5 – 7 bucks poorer :)

This Starbizz is the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else around the area. Staff here are friendly and fast. Each and every employee greet you with a warm smile and a «hey how are ya?». This place is run less like a ordinary basic Starbucks but more like a hometown coffee house. I must say management is doing a fantastic job. every time I come in here, I feel the pride of the team. They run this place like they own it, and they own it with pride. The only bad thing about this location is if you’re trying to stay here and do your work in the summer. The sun shines directly into the store and heats up the whole store in the afternoon.

Unintended Stop I was on my way to work with my GPS having me take side routes to avoid traffic when I came across this Starbucks. I decided to stop by and I’m glad I did. It was buy here(like any other Starbucks in the morning) but the customer service was still is top notch. I ordered a venti iced americano with a sausage, egg, and cheddar sandwich. Even though it was busy, my drink was ready before I had a chance to pull out my chair and wait. On top of that, I had my sandwich brought TOME in those Starbucks paper bags. Keep in mind it is still busy. One of the workers brought it directly too me when it would have been more convenient and less time consuming to just call my name out loud. Some areas of improvement include a drive-thru and and a larger store. It is a little small, but I will take a small store with superior customer service any day. These peeps definitely work with a purpose. Enjoy!!!

Don’t settle for crappy coffee. EVER. Granted, this review is based on just 1 recent visit, but with the vast array of Starbucks on every street corner, I’d just as soon skip this one if I’m in the area. You only get 1 chance to make a first impression. I mean, come on people. How can you f– up iced coffee? That’s like not knowing how to boil water. Came in on a Saturday afternoon to a near-empty place. The gent at the counter was kind, prompt and personable. I thought I’d splurge so I ordered a venti iced coffee. «Would you like to try our cold brew?» he asks. Nah. Just give me the iced coffee that’s already refrigerated and will thus, upon touching my lips, will be cold and forty cents cheaper. «Would you like sweetener and cream?» Sure, give me a minuscule amount of both. Nice guy behind the counter hands me what looks like a venti iced milk. Hold on there, nice gent. I asked you to hold the cream. Not what I ordered. I ask him to add a little more coffee to balance out the milky mess. He takes back my drink and takes a goodly amount of time dumping out some of the watered-down coffee/cream/gross mixture and handing me something even more watered down. Being that’s it’s only iced coffee and nothing to get in a tiff about, I thank him graciously but leave the store knowing I won’t be coming back. Now…this is NOT the first Starbucks I’ve gone to where they just don’t know how to make iced coffee. It’s really not that hard, baristas. I don’t think it’s a directive from the«powers that be» since some Starbucks locations have the iced coffee down pat. For the ones that don’t, here’s what they do wrong: 1) First, they brew the coffee, put ice in it to cool it down, then refrigerate the fresh brew. 2) Next, when they are ready to serve it, the ice cubes have melted and made the iced coffee too watery. 3) Then, our lovely baristas add MORE ice to the melted ice/coffee mix, so you are really getting a watered-down $ 3 cup of coffee. How can you specialize in coffee but not understand how to get iced coffee right? Basics people, basics.

I would always come here to do homework, or grab coffee on my way to work in the mornings. I like the location because it’s next to a lot of restaurants and the view is great. It’s a little small however, so there is not always enough seating for everyone. I stopped coming here in the mornings because it wo9uld get so packed and the lines are always so long. Most of my stars go for the staff. A lot of them are very friendly and when I came here a few months ago right when they were closing a barista was able to make me a drink free of charge because their system was shut off already for the night. That seriously made my night and because of their awesome service I definitely will continue being a customer to this location.

Yet another Starbucks location to visit on occasion. This one is located across from the Marshall shopping center. Parking is easy! They have a lot with around 15 parking spaces. Enough for the small Starbucks shop. If you can’t find parking in the lot, there are usually spots on the street as well. Service: Great! The baristas are very friendly. Very accommodating and willing to help you get what you need fast. Very cordial and definitely a plus when you are used to not to great baristas… Drinks: I’m just a plain black coffee drinker and sometimes I want a dark roast. Usually, places don’t have it and I have to settle with the Pike or ask for a pour over but both times that I’ve come, they had it ready! Great! Didn’t have to wait long for my drink at all! Ambiance/Seating: Like I said, it’s pretty small(4 tables and a larger picnic table in the middle). Finding a seat can be troublesome. There is outdoor seating as well but quite limited. The music is soft and and the people are usually pretty soft-spoken. WiFi can be choppy. Had to sign back in 3x during my last visit. All in all, a decent Starbucks. A lot better than some that I’ve been to. I prefer this one over the one across from the Souplantation down the street. I’ll be back!

I was in trouble, in need of my daily caffeine and i turned to you. Visiting from far away… i turned to you. You didn’t let me down. And after the second time you knew my order. That is great. You saw me at my worst and you still served me. You even spelled my name correctly. Parking lot, speedy service, consistently good soy misto. Thank you!

This is a convenient pit stop if you are travelling west on Huntington Drive in the morning and easily accessible from the 210 freeway. For those who don’t like to get out of the car, there is NODRIVE-THRU at this location.(Note that there’s another Starbucks down the street on Huntington and 2nd in Arcadia and no drive-thru there either). The building itself is tiny, but it doesn’t share quarters with any other business. There’s a parking lot entrance on the east side by the Arcadia Dental Clinic. There are about 20 parking spaces in the lot or you can park right in front along the street. However, during the day when there’s a lot of traffic along Huntington Drive, this location may not be the greatest. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The most recent time I came here, the two employees I interacted with were super friendly and welcoming. Apparently, my name was«Carlie». After discovering other coffee places, I’m really not a fan of Starbucks anymore. Their hot drinks are too sweet. Halfway through, I find myself adding hot water in it. Yesterday, I ordered a Tall Peppermint Mocha Frappaccino($ 4.25) and wanted to discard it halfway through. I used to LOVE Peppermint Mocha Fraps(back in 2005 – 2007) and looked forward the holiday season when it would come out. It used to have a rich chocolate flavor and had strong coffee in it. My husband and I would go bouncing off the walls. Now, it just tastes like fake syrup and ice.(so gross)… 208⁄100 Reviews for 2014

Conspicuously consuming coffee as an educator often has the effect of students observing your jubilee of Java junkie-ism, and responding with a gift of a Starbucks card, particularly around the holidays. While any gift from a child is a humbling and honor-filled event, I always appreciate the thoughtfulness. And when I receive a Starbucks gift card, I am most likely to take it to this location, as it is close to my school. Moreover, this store does a nice job of managing the customer load with smiles and calm; no matter how busy, the wait for your beverage is always fast. I alternate between Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Lattes and Venti Red-eyes, depending on caffeine needs of the day. Both are made well here, and despite my intermittent visits, several staff address me by name. It doesn’t make the coffee any cheaper, but it adds value to a transaction, even if only for aesthetics and service. When I really have nothing to do(not often, but occasionally), I’ll grab a drink and go next door to Armstrong’s nursery to wander through the flowers and plants. Coffee may soothe the soul in the short term, but gardening is cathartic, and her rewards are paid over time. The outdoor patio west of the Starbucks shares a fence with the nursery, and at certain times of the year, when the orange blossoms on the small trees are blooming on the other side of the fence, it is downright peaceful despite the busy street.
