Called and recording said they were open. Drive 45 minutes to get there from the San Fernandina Valley. So I called the Redondo Beach location and they said the ONE employee they had working today called in sick and so no one was there to put a sign up. Really? ONE employee?! How about sending an employee from another location to open up or change the voicemail?! We are return customers too! Very disappointed to say the least!

An update to the sofa cushion fiasco: The company did resolve the matter in response to this post. Thank you to Eduardo who remained diligent even as the communication between the two stores seemed fractured. I now have the very nice sofa that I paid for.

I’m glad to found this place on Unilocal while we were in the neighborhood nearby. This place has beautiful teak furnitures that are nicely made. And the lady at the front was very helpful with all the info and super friendly.

Yes, the staff is very friendly… but they can’t help when something goes wrong. I bought a very expensive umbrella and it is missing a key fitting to hold the umbrella point up. Since the umbrella came from Belgium, they can’t help me nor can they offer a replacement part. To make matters worse, I poured concrete around the base so I have a permanent useless umbrella. Better to purchase name brand and have some sort of warranty.

We recently purchased a teak table, chairs, umbrella and stand and am extremely happy with our purchase. Terri was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable about their products and ensured that we would receive our products by a certain date and it happened! She even called a few times to confirm that everything was set for our delivery. We had our table and bench treated by teak masters(an outside vendor that regularly works with the TW). It came out beautifully! Couldn’t be happier. In fact prior to our final purchase, we had been looking for three months for outdoor patio furniture. We went to about 10 different furniture stores from riverside to the west side and this store had the best teak products around!

This place is amazing! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with superior customer service. Teri answered all of our questions and knew everything about each piece. We purchased two beautiful adirondack chairs for our backyard and we are going to buy a table and chairs next. Well worth the visit, you will NOT be disappointed.

We drove from Fresno to Monrovia to look at teak patio tables and chairs. Our visit to The Teak Warehouse was totally worth the trip. Terri knew her inventory well and was so patient and helpful. She tirelessly put together different options for us. Great experience.

We bought our teak furniture from Teak Warehouse about 14 years ago and we still use it regularly and love it. We let it go grey, just hose it down a couple times a year. Last summer my 10 year old son needed something to do so I had him scrub down the furniture with a hose and a bristle brush. It looks great. I expect it will last another 14 years.

The staff is really friendly. There is no pressure to buy. The staff answered all of my questions and offered different options to the pieces I was interested in. There is a lot of selection. Pricey but the quality is good. We are really happy with our purchase so far.

Bought a lounger there about 6 years ago. Fell apart and they wouldn’t replace or fix. We now buy our teak patio furniture elsewhere.

A really great range of teak furniture in their showroom. They sell mostly to hotels and resorts. I was looking for teak steamer chairs and they had three different styles of steamers to choose from including the classic style right out of the decks of the Titanic. I purchased a more contemporary set that look cool on my deck. Great grade A quality teak with brass fixtures. I followed their instructions on staining and sealing(very easy) and they look even better. Now what to buy next?
