I’m very happy with my experience ordering from High Point. I ordered a precision focuser; probably not a high-​selling item there, and paid for 2-​day shipping. Vince and Stacy both called to tell me about it being out of stock, but went above and beyond to call the manufacturer and get the item shipped directly to me in the expected amount of time. Other places wouldn’t go that far, but they did. I decided against ordering a camera from another retailer and bought it here. I’m glad I found this place and will continue with them as my go-​to store.

I ordered a finder scope from here on July 11, 2015 and received it today. It’s just what I needed, the quality and workmanship are excellent. I spoke with Robert (the owner) on Saturday when I ordered and he was very helpful. When I recieved my finder scope I had a question and spoke to Vincent who was very patient and answered it quickly. Customer service at High Point Scientific is excellent, their products are wonderful and I’ll be back for future astronomy items.

I ordered an Orion XT10 online from Highpoint Scientific as a Christmas present to myself in early December 2014. A few hours after I made my order I received a phone call from them informing me that the telescope I had ordered was not in stock. Without hesitation the friendly and informed customer service representative offered to ship me a Skywatcher 10 instead. I accepted the offer and boy am I happy the Orion was not in stock. This scope is a significant upgrade.
Thank you very much Highpoint Scientific. Shipping was same day and customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Highpoint Scientific to anyone.

Before the Thanksgiving holiday, I had ordered for the first time from this business. The order fell through and was undeliverable on the date that I need the item, but the owner went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The owner, Robert, really cares about customer service. The owner reached out and even gave me his personal cell phone number to contact him about anything that I needed.
If you haven’t given this place a try yet, I would definitely give them a chance to earn your business.
