First Soul Cycle class ever but loved it! I think it’s $ 40 but you get shoes and Smart Water included. Our instructor was motivating, energizing and personable. The bikes were so smooth. The ladies who work there were incredibly helpful in setting up newbies.
I wanted to buy a T-shirt but didn’t try one on because I was so sweaty after class. I came back the next day and even though the place was closed for business because they were putting out the new fall line, the ladies still let me in to try on clothes and buy my shirt.
Thanks for making my first Soul Cycle experience a great one!
