This review concerns donations. I called a week prior to schedule a pick up. I was given the date that the truck would be in the area & when I inquired as to the pick up time I was advised to call the day prior to the pick up to determine a window of time frame. I called the afternoon of the day prior to the scheduled pick up. I was told that the schedule had not yet been made but the gal I spoke to advised me she would call me that afternoon to give me a time frame. That evening I called again as I had received no notice. I was advised that the gal who makes up the schedule had left for the day. I asked if anyone else could give me the pick up time & was told that only the scheduler knew what the schedule was. I was told the only alternative was to call the morning of the pick up & speak to the scheduler. The least the scheduler could have done was to leave a list of what had been arranged so that an other employee could assist the contributor. Very poor service.

This is a very good thrift store. The furniture is great and it is priced to sell. I’ve noticed that a lot of thrift stores overprice their furniture. These guys here know how to move their stuff, they probably do pretty good making $$.

It’s an okay thrift store. My most recent visit was today. My 3 year old picked a stuffed animal that she was THRILLED about. It had a price tag BUT an employee had forgotten to write the price on the tag. So it was a blank tag. After shopping around we go to check out and the cashier tells me she can’t sell me the stuffed animal because there’s no price. AND apparently NO one is allowed to pull a price from their ass. It’s a Stuffed Animal they literally have a thousand. And it’s a thrift store to raise money for charity! ANYWAYS I had to tell my 3 year old she couldn’t have the stuffed animal. So LAME Experience. Their toy Department is JUNK(broken, drawn on toys, missing pieces etc). The clothes are decent nothing amazing but good prices. It’s probably hit or miss. Small Shoe shoe department BUT were really good. over priced for a thrift store on some but luckily a few I liked were 50% off so ended up being $ 7 and $ 10 each. I feel for a thrift store shoes should not be $ 14 or $ 20. Decorations were nice that’s what I came looking for. Wanted to deck the house out for my 3 year old this year. She’s excited for Santa to come. They had a little tree I would have liked but they said it wasn’t for sale. Why?! Some of the décor was super great prices and some were outrageous! I didn’t pay attention to housewares. If you’re in the area check it out. But otherwise don’t waste your time just to visit this store.
