Purchased a battery under warranty. However it keeps dying. When I call for a replacement battery no one answers and no one calls back. This feels like a scam and is not worth the hassle. This is the second time this has happened. I just want my battery replaced!

FRAUD!!! Worst Service EVER– NEVER CALL BACK! My daughter has called several times and left messages, it is over a week and NO CALL BACK!!! She needs her car, can’t go to work or school. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!

Once again my calls are not being returned after the battery failed AGAIN! Over a week of calling, and I just want to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment that should be covered in my warranty.
Last time it was an uphill battle trying to get an appointment to fix the battery they installed. It’s been a year and a half and my warranty we paid for still covers the battery! Need a working car!

They never give up! My battery was difficult to rebuild but they did it. Working great! My Honda Civic Hybrid has 286k miles. With their work I will definitely be seeing 300K in the odometer.

he still has not contacted me and I’m still under warranty. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced l, he is basically stealing.

Last April I replaced my battery with Batteries4hybrid, the refurbished battery died 1 month later, they came to replace it 1 week later and the battery died again a week after that. They replaced it again, but now 9 months later the battery died again and they’ve stopped returning my calls and emails even though the battery is still under warranty for 2 more months. I wish I would’ve just paid the extra amount to purchase a brand new battery — taking into account the amount I’ve paid in rental cars while waiting for them to replace the battery and the time spent dealing with all this it’s definitely not worth it.

My car wouldn’t turn on, so I called this company to see what was the possible cause of the problem and to see if they were affordable. They came to my house the same day to do a diagnosis, and they were very knowledgable on what the problem was. They fixed my car on the spot with a battery swap, and also gave me a lot of helpful tips on how to maintain my car so that I wouldn’t run into this problem again. Five stars

The best service ever! I was stressed out searching for a reputable hybrid company for my Toyota Prius vehicle. I did my research, and came across this company. I called and Wayne answered all my questions without pressuring me to purchase anything. So I brought my vehicle in and Wayne ran a diagnostic test for free to ensure that it was in fact my hybrid battery. Sure enough I had a bad hybrid battery failure. They gave me the best price and earned my trust for making sure the problem was my hybrid battery. Wayne explained everything in detail and reassured me that all the warning lights will go away when they were done with my vehicle. They were done in one hour! Amazingly fast and they even gave me an air freshener for free! Who does that right!!! That made me smile and I feel like I found a gem for all hybrid needs. Thank you Wayne and to the whole team! You guys rock and are the best! My Prius car feels like it has so much power now. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know. Awesome service, honest, and professional!

The service and professionalism of this place is excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to replace their Prius battery. I drove to California to visit family and my car was acting up. I did a little research online and read that the battery may have to be replaced. So … I started Unilocaling. (I always Unilocal and every time I do so, I always find the perfect place for what ever it is that I am looking for.) I came across Batteries4Hybrid in Montclair and read their reviews. I always choose the place by the amount of stars that the business has and by their reviews. Through experience the stars and reviews do matter! :) Anyways, I called this place and spoke to Andy he was very thorough and knew a lot about Prius’s batteries. Prior to calling this place I called a couple of other places and their knowledge wasn’t as precise and their prices were outrageous! Batteries4Hybrid (Andy) knew what I was talking about and wasn’t rushing me to come to their shop or pressuring me to buy anything. Also, their prices are the best! He genuinely cared and wanted to do as much as he could to help me. I was on a time crunch because I had to drive back to Colorado and I let him know that. Within the hour they came to my parents place and replaced the battery. It took them a little over an hour to replace the battery. Very friendly and professional people. The drive back home to Colorado was a breeze and a couple of days after I received a phone call from them asking how my car is running. I’m very satisfied with the service of this place. When it comes to customer service this place treats their customers like Kings and Queens. I HIGHLY recommend Batteries4Hybrid in Montclair!

The service provided by Batteries4Hybrid is excellent. They came to my house in Irvine the day after I called them. The price of the battery is remarkably low compared what the dealership and Firestone were charging me. I hung out with them in the garage while they did the work, and they are good people; they finished the job in a little over an hour. They are very professional. About a week and a half after they changed the battery, they called me to make sure that the everything was working well, and it is. I highly recommend them.

These were great. They showed up on time finished fast and a month later the car is running great!

These guys were awesome. Very professional and upfront from beginning to end. Came down to San Diego within a week of making the first call, covered everything over the phone, and took care of the battery in a few hours.
Warranty options were fantastic and they even went so far as to call me a week & then a few months later to check how things were going. I would recommend these guys hands down to anyone who needs any work done on their hybrid.
