Yarn is all in plastic bags, which is just bizarre for a yarn store. Being able to touch yarn is the primary reason anyone buys from an actual yarn store these days(not online). Also the owner was extremely rude when her dog came over to me and wanted attention. Like, not in a «be careful!» kind of way, but in a «don’t you dare touch my precious dog or my precious yarn» kind of way, even though I wasn’t even petting it. I left because of her rudeness. PS I wonder if the dog should have been in plastic…

Another yarn store in Montclair with a personality all its own. This small space is jam packed with yarn, and you could spend a lot of time yarn hunting at this place(and loving it)! I got a bargain on some very special yarn because it was the last skein. They had quite a few kinds of yarn I’d never seen before. The owner was really helpful. I’m not quite sure about the name, as there is absolutely no place to rest in there! There’s barely space to move around. For those of us who are yarnaholics, though, it’s heavenly.
