Some pipe supply houses claim they have everything you need however when you show up to pick up your parts you find out they don’t have it. Hirsch has it isn’t just a slogan its fact. The manager Tony and his staff are great at providing you what you need when you need it at a price that won’t break the bank. Thanks Tony, John, Tom, drew, Steve and all the other staff.

No stars check it out time is money, I don’t want to socialize when I come in to buy, I don’t want to wait at the counter for half an hour then another half hour to get checked out. You burn 45 minutes to an hour of my time only to be told you have half of what I need. If I pull my own parts to save time you ask why I’m picking my own parts, wtf? Home depot is quicker than waiting for Lilly gagging employees

Needed a part and left with the part… and some great advice on my project from Tony the manager. During my wait for help, I witnessed the guys behind the counter being very thorough and patient with a few fellows who were not exactly sure what they needed.
