iRepair Haus

I don’t normally do this, but when a business doesn’t take care of their customers properly I feel the need to protect my buddies from going to a place that is shady.
Got my phone screen repaired at ‘ibroke it iphone repair’ (name says it all)
Long story but 2 days later the phone screen breaks again :(I called and they will not fix it for me, even though it was not my fault. (the phone was not re-​attached correctly and continually loosened)
I tried being nice and I tried being mean, the owner Eric will not budge. So I will do what I told him I would do, give the business a bad review.
DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED BY THE KIOSK AT THE MONTCLAIR PLAZA. BY JCPENNY NEXT TO STARBUCKS. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND $$$$
Ok thats my PSA for the day. I am sad and broken and have lost my faith in man kind :(I tried giving these little companies my business but because of this I am forced to shop at the Evil Giants and give them more money. My little rant may not take them down but word of mouth is the best source for a company, big or small… I will go there tonight and buy them a copy of Mr. Farrell’s ‘GIVE ‘EM THE PICKLE’. Customer Service people!!! — get some!
