Carmella & Anna and the rest of the staff are awesome! I have been going to Lure Lash for over a year. They are true professionals and treat you like you are their most important client every time! They are experts at their craft and always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your lashes! No matter how picky I was, they were always patient with me and always made sure I loved my lashes, especially for my wedding! I cant say enough good things about these ladies and how they run their business. It keeps me going back and no other lash studio can compare to Lure Lash! Professional, clean, talented, courteous, friendly, and the best in the biz! I took a break after my wedding in November and now I cant wait to get my new set of sultry lashes back on this month!

So my wife waited 2 months to get her eyebrows done for her Bday. My wife showed pictures of how she wanted her eyebrows, and they even outlined them and they still did a Horrible job. My wife was heart broken for her birthday. The eyebrows were way to skinny, no shape to them and they looked different and size and shape.

So my first experience was not great but the manager Carmela reached out to me and my second experience was AMAZING! Carmela made sure that I was well taken care of and she even fit me into her schedule! She checked in with me many times asking how I was feeling during my appointment and my bottom lashes came out GREAT! Thank you so much Carmela I will most certainly be back! Amazing customer service and she made me feel right at home!

I’m not gonna lie I was terrified of coming here because I don’t like trying new places when it comes to my body. I don’t know anyone who has ever gone here so I’m just going based off of reviews. I ran into this place one night after leaving Cuban Petes and I’m
SUPER HAPPY I choose to come here. Anna was GREAT the staff was super friendly and personable. The ambiance of the whole entire place was great I felt like I was at home in my living room chilling with my home girls. Make sure you check in for your $ 10 off ANY FULL set ! The only thing I don’t like is the bathroom is in the basement of the store scary as hell ! But clean lol so next time I won’t drink anything prior to my arrival. LOYAL CUSTOMER !

Had a bad first experience with lure lash, HOWVER, both owners carmella and Anna ROCK and made sure that I was taken care of. Anna does my lashes and has been doing them for the last past year, she is my lash tech and therapist lol I talk to her about EVERYTHING. But her work ethic and their apprecition for their customers goes above and beyond. I took a break and tried to find someone else in the area that was comparable to their prices and service and could not find anything so I came back to lure lash and anna welcomed me with open arms. I LOVE LOVE LOVE lure lash, I do not EVER miss an appointment and I love going, I get my lashes and don’t have to wear a drop od makeup, just some lip gloss and my face looks amazing. Can’t live without them. I get my refills every two weeks and they last, I swim, I shower I do everything as they were mine, sometimes I forget their on, One thing for sure two things for certain, if you don’y like something, or theres a problem… just let them know and they will fix it. They will call, email, whatever they have to do. When I came back I even got a discount because of a prior miscommunication so they will make their wrongs right. There is NO where in the area that can compete with their services, and customer service. Learned that the hard way. But as long as their in business they have my business.

I came into Lure Lash brand new to the eyelash extension game. I had an appt. with Joi who was extremely professional. She explained everything before doing it and kept me comfortable through out the experience. The place is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Most importantly, I *love* my lashes! She made sure I was happy with them before I left. Parking was a bit of an issue, but anyone who’s lived in a city wouldn’t mind too much. I parked on the street with metered parking and ran out of time. Luckily I wasn’t ticketed, but they said during the day, the parking police will get you. Can’t fault LL for that so I definitely recommend!

Great local spot for lashes. Went to Jasmine many months, sorry to see her go. Ana has been doing my lashes lately and she is just as good. Book your appointments early as they are often quite booked. Very affordable and lashes last long time. Cozy and very comfortable atmosphere.

I just called in to make a appointment with Ally and spoke with receptionist, Simona. I asked if Ally has availability ¹⁰⁄₁₃ and she replied, «no, she’s not available on Tuesdays». So I said, «how about, Thursday, ¹⁰⁄₂₂?» She replied, «no, but we have other technicians that day». I said, «no thank you, I appreciate it, when is Ally’s next available day?» To which she says, «she’s not accepting new clients».
What the heck? Why play games? Guess I’ll have to look for another place.

My actual rating would be closer to a 3.5 and here is why.
1. Poor front reception communication. I called Lure Lash three times and stopped by to schedule my appointment. At that time, Simone did not inform me of any of the things I needed to know to best select the style of lash I wanted. I had looked at the prices on my phone and clearly didn’t understand the cost. When I scheduled my appointment in person, Simone should have given me all the info I needed including prices and showing me pictures of the various lashes. This is the major reason for my A-​OK rating.
2. Jasmine was my «stylist» and was awesome. I actually fell asleep. I wanted the natural look and I 100% received it. I contacted the shop as I wasn’t happy with my lashes. The owner called me back within the day and provided me with her cell phone number in order to reach her. Prior to this, Jasmine gave me a call and answered all of my questions regarding the lashes so I had no need to speak with the owner. I did give the owner a call back to rely this. My biggest issue was that I did not feel informed about my purchase. And for $ 100, I should have been better informed. All in all, I will be back to get a fill in and I will be requesting Jasmine. FYI, there seems to be more than one Jasmine at Lure Lash but they all seem to be the bomb.

I just moved to the area six months ago and was looking for someone who was able to do volume versus extensions and these ladies have been wonderful and my lashes look amazing! Not everybody can do volume and make them look natural. I get asked if I use Latisse all the time. Carmela is who I go to but I haven’t seen anyone walk out of there who didn’t look great! I love that they are open weekends since I have a pretty tough work schedule during the week.

Lure Lash consistently delivers. Ally is my go to expert. She gives me exactly what I want… natural looking lashes on 10! She makes recommendations on your face shape as well as your eyes. She is very professional, knows what she is doing, and she is also great to talk to.

I cannot begin to tell you what an artist Ally is at Lure Lash!!! She always has my Lashes on Fleek!!!
She is Amazing at what she does, she always listens to what you want and will do what’s best for your lashes.
All the girls at Lure Lash like Ana, Carmela, and Jasmin are so friendly and down to earth, I will never go anywhere else for my eyelash extensions!

I have been going to Ally for well over a year now and still experience the same quality work and professionalism that I experienced the first day I met her. Ally has always gone above and beyond to accommodate me when I’ve had to switch around my schedule for work travel. I come weekly, and Ally has never dropped glue or lashes on my face.

Had to drop a star because I’ve tried to schedule an appointment over 5 times but whoever answers the phone seems to only want to book your appointment with them… Not very flexible. I really liked this place but I had to take my business elsewhere. I wish you guys the best and hope this problem does not keep occurring!

Love lure last! Jaz is the best! Place is clean and very friendly, would highly recommend!

I absolutely love Lure Lash. Ally did such an amazing job on my lashes! I got a Natural set but will definitely upgrade to Sultry next week. I’m so excited! I love my lashes soooooo much; even my husband loves them. Worth every penny!

Five stars is not enough! I have been ecstatic since I found this place! I used to get lash extensions when I lived in GA but they were always heavy and I ended up picking at them. Here? They are like part of my face! I I never realize they are there and I get soooooo many compliments!!!
I HIGHLY recommend this place! My girl is Anna but they are ALL great. I promise you, you will love the way you look!!!

I discovered this place after deciding it was time to take care of my lashes and be a responsible eyelash extension wearer. The place is cozy, chic. They provide you with a pillow for under your legs and a blanket while you’re being worked on. Everyone I’ve come in contact with is super friendly and accommodating. Their prices are extremely fair and competitive compared to what I’ve seen for eyelash services. I also get my eyebrow threading and henna done here. Book ahead-​they are popular and there’s a reason for it.

M favorite place to be every week! I have been going to Lure Lash since they opened and go back every week to get my lashes filled by Ally. The customer service is outstanding! Anna, Carmela and Ally are always extremely helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to be around. They go the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable during your lash application.
They offer a range of treatments including lower lash extensions, brow and lash tinting and waxing. I have used all of their services, especially when I have upcoming special occasions and have always been delighted with the results.
I am always getting compliments on my lashes. I highly recommend Lure Lash to all my family members, colleagues and friends.

Great place that I wish I discovered sooner
They squeezed me in the morning of a wedding that I was attending that night. Very accommodating. When I realized my meter was only for an hour the woman was willing to put quarters in for the remaining hour.
Have to say they took longer than most places I’ve been for the application. It took about 2 hours. Well worth it.
My lashes look natural and full!
When I discovered they did waxing and tinting I asked if they could fit me in right after my lashes and they did it nice and quick without thinking! So nice!
One thing I wish I did was check in. Slacking. Could have gotten $ 10 off. Shame on me. I was rushed.
Lashes were $ 120 and the tint and wax was $ 40. Prices are more reasonable than most places.
Though I’m moving to Summit in the next month, I will be sure to visit Lure and Montclair again.
