went online to home depot, wal mart, and radio shack and nobody had the fuse i needed for my microwave i went to r vac and they had the one i was not in the store for more then 5 min and already had 3 ppl come up and ask me if i needed help as well as they pulled out a seat for my pregnant girlfriend so she could sit down 4 sure if i ever need anything else electronic i will be going there

This place is awesome for people working in the electrical industrial industry. You can find every type of switch relay and resistor imaginable. Don’t go here thinking it is a best buy and your going to buy electronics. This is a store for building electronics yourself.

I called to find out if they had a few items before I drove from Rancho and they could not have been less helpful! The girl told me they had what I needed but when I tried to clarify the style she set the phone down without saying a word. After about 15 seconds a guy picked up the phone and said «Can I help you?» I asked «What happened, did she give up on me?» and he said yep. Nice customer service, don’t waste your time!

I have been coming here for years the employees there have been very helpful until today. The old timer behind the counter was not helpful, rude and inconsiderate. I am still going back but I will never deal with him ever again.

I needed a A/V switch for our Flat screen tv, with 5 channels input and 2 outputs to your flat screen TV. I went on line w/Radio Shack and found I had to wait for a couple weeks to get my order delivered, I went to R-Vac and they had what I wanted and I am now using the Switch on the Television!
They take credit cards (Except American Express)

Unfortunately, I think the earl er review is correct, just about like a radio shack now, well maybe a bit better. Couldn’t find any info on the part I needed (transistor) although a simple Internet search found it.
