Smelled dirty as soon as I walked in asked cashier if she can please clean the table she seemed bothered, manager was qick to clean table he apologized I thanked him still the place it self smelled dirty

horrible horrible horrible. bad customer service. dirty ass bathrooms. the floors of the dining room are absolutely disgusting. and they have nothing! no sauce. the soap dispenser wasn’t working. the staff is not helpful or friendly at all. never coming back here. definitely calling to file an even bigger complaint. not to mention the food quality is disgusting.

When you have to wait 15 mins for your order and you’re eating inside that’s bullshit. Worst customer service they all just hangout in the back.

There’s a lot wrong with this taco bell. Its always a mess inside. Very ghetto in my opinion. You always see homeless or lost people coming in just to use the restroom. They take a long time evey time to take and give you your order. They are unorganized and unprofessional here. There is never enough help here so you always get the workers with attitudes and in a rush to get the orders out. The floor is always a mess with food on it. It’s like they have no time to clean it. Ridiculous. And they always are low on sauces. This whole place needs a makeover and better management. I gave this place many chances and it never changes. They always have problems with their machines too. Sorry. But true.

Luck of the draw with this Taco Bell. I always forget to «check in» to fast food/​local places but trust me, I come here A LOT.
Anyway, half the time I come here, my order is right, half the time I come, it’s wrong. I order the SAME… DANG…THING every time, so I don’t think it is the ay I’m ordering, it really just depends on who is taking the order and cooking.
Oh, and sometimes, the order isn’t right or wrong, it’s just missing some food (so…I guess wrong?).
Well, other than that, the food is always cooked well and is always hot. Never had stale taco shells or any incidents with hair in food or stuff. When dining in, the place is always clean and the soda machine has never given me a problem.
All things considered, and compared to other Taco Bells, this place is right in the middle of the pack.

Do not come here if you want pizza! The Pizza Express sucks!!! The pizza isn’t cooked all the way, the breadsticks are old! This is the second time! Never again! Oh yeah, and there is nothing express about it.

After a long day at work all I wanted was a Mexican pizza all n bean n cheese burrito, man was I disappointed the most basic thing anyone can order is the bean and cheese burrito (how can you go wrong right) WRONG!!! the beans in both the Mexican pizza and the burrito were obviously old and dry I wad so disgusted and disappointed I will never come back to this location!

This is the worst Taco Bell EVER! I waited seven minutes tapping on the counter waitng for someone to come take my order. The person passes by on the way to the drive thru window and says I will be right with you. She then takes the orders of people in the drive thru, keep in mind there were no cars when I entered. She then comes to the counter does not acknowledge me and takes another order for the drive thru. WORST SERVICE EVER GUESS THEY DID NOT NEED MY BUSINESS NOW OR EVER!

After working a 13 hour day I was extremely tired and very hungry I stopped here on the way home, I ordered a quesadilla and a chalupa as well as nachos, pulled up to the window paid and was asked to pull to the front which was fine, after bringing met food they had missed something, which was also fine, the young man apologized and brought it to me. But when I got home my chalupa was so sloppy and falling apart, my quesadilla wasn’t even cut into the normal 4 pieces, the cook must have been in a rush even though I was the only one in line, bad cooks on my end but the cashiers were great with customer service.

Fast Service, there is never a line in the drive through, and they always get the orders right.

This place sucks. Its the only Taco Bell nearby and they constantly fuck up. The workers clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Today they told me they ran out of breakfast menu items. They said they were out of «everything». I find that hard to believe but how much does management suck if they can’t even keep the stock up.
Update: they just told me that their fryer is broken so they can’t make anything with potatoes. And they kind of messed up and had to correct themselves because they got the kitchen appliance that was broken wrong at first. Seriously if it’s not one thing it’s another. Any other Taco Bell and they get it right. What’s wrong with this place.

This place just doesn’t care. It’s the only Taco Bell in the area and one of my guilty pleasures is their Mexican Pizza. Check out the picture, sloppily put together and one whole area is lacking meat. I don’t expect much but at least do your job. One plus is that the gal working the register was nice.

I want to give location two stars. But then I asked my self the following:
Did the food make myself, or other sick? No.
Was the customer service good? Yes.
That being said, this Taco Bell’s food is OFF. The food is NOT the same as other Taco Bells that I have visited. My family ordered quesadillas, and a Mexican Pizza and we all agreed that something «just isn’t right» about the food at this location.
This location has to be independently owned and not part of the chain because the ingredients and seasoning is not the same as any of the other Taco Bells that I visit.

Decent Taco Bell, fast service, good quality food and fairly clean restaurant. Not outstanding but it is a Taco Bell, so what can you expect?

Food was fresh and fast. Staff was nice. But table was dirty.

Any port in a storm. I just got done attending a gallery opening at Pitzer College in Claremont, of my late, and famous professor, Bas Jan Ader. It went from 5pm to 8pm and one cannot survive on gallery snacks (Pita bread and dips, and wine.) So before I took the hour drive home to OC, I popped Del Taco into my GPS. I pulled up, and it was a Taco Bell. Taco Bell usually has stale taco shells, and Del Taco (I believe due to their large influx of business) usually has crisp, crunchy taco shells. Any port in a storm, so I ordered two small, crunchy tacos, and one bean burrito and a medium iced tea. ($ 4.86). I miss the «green sauce» Del Taco will put on your burritos, and the taco shells were… slightly stale. (darn). I asked the woman at the window if this place used to be a Del Taco. No, she said, Del Taco is across the street… (darn, GPS). Oh well, in my book, Del Taco beats out Taco Bell for tacos and burritos on their dollar menu. For a comparison, check out my up-​dated review for Del Taco I made the next day for lunch. There is no comparison. For the same items, Del Taco was $ 1.21 cheaper. Admit it, if you saw $ 1.21 lying on the sidewalk, you’d stop and pick it up wouldn’t you? DEL TACO RULES.

Fast service and they never mess up my order!
Try the 7 layer veggie burrito with an apple empanada! Yum.
