Great costumer service! This is one of my favorite WSS location to go to, people meet you at the door and help you, especially Ashley! Shes pretty also, just saying. Shes really helpful and the others, so many shoes to choose here.

I was looking for a shoe store on a sunday afternoon and stumbled upon WSS in Montclair, CA. I called to see what time WSS closed and spoke to ASHLEY the manager. While on the phone with her she rudely told me WSS closes at 9pm. I proceeded to go to the store and got the worst service i have ever recieved. I found a shoe that was perfect and asked for my size. After waiting 15 minutes for an associate to bring me my size i was informed they had my size in stock but could not find the shoe. I looked for 20 more minutes and found nothing. A nice young man brought to my attention a new air force 1 shoe. I liked the shoes and went to the checkout. At the check out the manager ASHELY was rude and unprofessional. I have never encountered such horrible service in my entire life. I will NEVER be returning to WSS. I suggest in the future you learn how to interact with customers and leave your stank attitude at the door. Thanks for nothing!

Great customer service. They greet you at the door. If I have a issue or concern the manager seems to always be on the customers side.
It’s clean in there and brands are together with their own brands.

Melinda was great!!! the store I have been going to for years.
Didn’t have enough money for my shoes so I pulled out my WSS rewards card and was able to make the purchase. Thanks to the staff I was able to make the buy.

Went in on 06/​19/​2015 @ 11am– to purchase some shoes and was greeted respectfully… While looking around I was greeted again by a young lady named «Malinda» she was so helpful and very professional in attending to me along with being very helpful answering my questions and advising me of store deals and promotions… thumbs up Melinda… Good, fast, friendly, customer service brings forward loyal customers coming back to wss…

I like coming here when Ashley is working. Management she deserves a RAISE!!! She’s always working hard and always helps you in any way possible. She’s the ish! LOL Some of the other workers are helpful. But most of them not so much. And I’m being nice! They have a pretty good selection. Can’t complain about that. They always send coupons that are actually worth using. And the rewards card pays off for $ 10 off when you purchase a certain amount.

I like how they re-​new the place, but I don’t see a lot of variety of shoes as before & also there was all kinds of trash and boxes all over the floor while there was a lot of costumers shopping so I just left right away.

This place has a pretty good selection with very fair prices. What I liked the most is that the girls who worked there constantly offered assistance. They were not overwhelmed & didn’t rush me at all. I will definitely return!

This place is whatever. Tried to redeem the check in 10 $ off, & I guess they’re «not accepting it on the computer». That’s false advertisement so they shouldn’t even have that on Unilocal.& Luckily, I found my size in converse cause they were short on sizes. Not a big fan of this location.

I always buy my shoes here, well not anymore. I recently bought some shoes and wore them around the house for a couple hours. I realized there was a spot on the top front of the shoe. I tried to get it off but it wouldn’t budge. I went to go return them with all the packaging AND the receipt, and they refused to return/​exchange them. They said that I was the one who got the spot on there. They also didn’t try to clean the spot off. Horrible customer service on their part. I’ll never suggest that place to anyone.

Located in a little ‘gem’ of an area called the ghetto, on Holt and Central, is WSS Shoes. And I ‘aint complainin’. They have a Unilocal check in deal for $ 10 off a $ 50 purchase. Times are tight and the babies needed new kicks. They have all the shoes the cool kids are wearing. We left w/​two pairs of Converse and two shirts for the kiddos (yup, they sell clothes too). Best part? I only spent $ 101 and some change.
WSS has the whole package– helpful sales people, good prices and selection. They’ve made a fan out of me and we’ll be back for sure.
