Diana seems like she hates her job. She was rude to me while I ordered, she yanked my debit card from my hand and then shoved it and my receipt at me, and then made a snide remark and walked away when I told her I was eating in and didn’t need a bag. She also left my box pretty far behind the counter. Why have a job working with people if you’re going to be a beyotch to your customers?

We decided to locate the nearest cinnabon and this is how we ended at at this location. Which is a 20 min ride. We purchased our rolls to go. This was my boyfriend’s first time eating from this franchise and I have to say his last. Our cinnamon rolls were raw, yes raw dough. Raw!!! undercooked! The rolls couldn’t even hold their shape. The 3 employees behind the counter were basicaly hanging out before they even attempted to take our order. The phone number listed is disconnected(of course). So I couldnt call to let the manager know. Horrible, just horrible. We will not be returning to any cinnabon.

Bad service. I was waiting in line patiently and these people just walk up to the cashier and their order taken.

I craved a cinnabon last night so my chauffeur took me to this location to get one. I have dietary restrictions and I always have to ask a million and one questions before I put something in my mouth. The young lady working the cash register was super nice and went through explaining the ingredients with me. She never rolled her eyes as some others on here claim(they should probably also explain the manner in which they treated the employees to begin with). *Treat others(including employees) as you want to be treated)*. Anyways, she was really nice, helpful, and cheerful. Also, if you can’t afford $ 4 for tiny cinnabons, then don’t buy them, save your $$ and pay the rent first instead of writing a bad review. Customer Service is great at this location and the cinnabon tasted amazing, just as it should.

This cinnabon location is right outside my job, with that being said I’m here 2 – 3 times weekly. I’ve had their cinnabon iced coffee and vanilla as well, vanilla is my favorite for when I’m in need of sugar and caffeine, pretty strong. I love getting the 4 piece mini cinnamon rolls! Also, did I mention that their big water is only like .50 cents!!! Amazing deal if you forgot your water bottle. Their service is great I don’t have any complaints. They always give me a discount for working next to them yay! The lady with glasses is the best!

One word: Yum! I’m not always in the mood for cinnamon rolls, but when I am, I choose cinnabon! Cinnamon/Sugar/Frosting overload.

Worth the calories. So delicious. So soft. So cinnamony. But i mean, everything you’d expect from a food chain store — in terms of price, personalised service etc. It wasn’t bad though! Not that I took much notice.

Since this is a franchise chain, most do taste the same or very similar. So reviewing on franchises like this would be more towards service and quality. here goes: They were never as bad in the past but after what happened last week during nurses week, i was very upset with them and will never buy another bun from this location again! Every year, Cinnabon offers a free Cinnabon for nurses week in May. My poor nurses had been working hard all week. To top it off, it was also mothers day. So I have decided to make a Free Cinnabon run during my own lunch break last week for my hard working nurses and mothers on Mothers day. Last yr an female employee there was very nice who appreciated nurses and told me that I can call in and reserve my Cinnabon’s ahead of time so they can have it all prepped for me when I get there and not waste my lunch break waiting for them. This yr, some guy with a hispanic accent refused my order saying that it was one free per person. I told him that I do have the badges for proof with me to redeem them and he said that is too many and he cant honor it. This really upsets me because this location should not have advertise it that they honor and appreciate nurses week because they DONT. My poor nurse were working hard and never got an opportunity to pick one up all week including myself, so I decided to go get it for everyone and he REFUSED. There is a Daisy Foundation and Fund for a reason and it was one per person which I was doing. So he should have honored it or DON’T advertise it! If it was only this employee, then someone better train him right so they stay consistent with the policy or ask if you don’t know instead of refusing off the back. I would’ve gave this place a 1-star but I gave it 2 because the other employees in the past 3 years had always been very nice and accommodating.

Cinnabon is too sweet for me but once in a while I crave for it. I got the menu chocolate covered minibons and I was disappointed. It tasted off and wasn’t very good at all. 4 tiny bons for almost $ 4? 2 stars! Cinnabon’s chocolate covered minibons are not yummylicious!

You’d think that being a chain would mean some kind of consistency of the buns, but you’d be wrong. The buns didn’t appear very appetizing, but I was there near closing time, so that might have something to do with it. I ordered the pack of 4 small buns heh heh. They didn’t have enough frosting on them. :( For the love of gawd, don’t be stupid(like me) and order the hot chocolate. It tastes just like when using a packet of Swiss Miss where you accidentally add too much hot water. It tastes watered down and nasty. Stay away from this!
