These guys are also listed on the new Amazon home services.
Made a special trip from up north to buy and install a TV for my mom.
Once tv was purchased went on Amazon and set the appointment with these guys. Then got my tickets to travel back north
Next day got an email saying he was overbooked and can he maybe come the week after?
Explained the problem to him and told him that I had made the trip specifically for the TV
He then asked how big the TV was
Never heard back from him. Until the day of the appointment at around 1 am he responds to an email from me telling me he won’t make it.
Had to return TV as now it was a box of bricks at my mother’s house
Lost any discounts i had enjoyed because I bought it on Black Friday ~$ 400. Had an 80 year old mom mad at me (worst part) as she now didn’t have a TV
Luckily going back up north tomorrow and don’t have to deal with the disappointment
If you can, stay away from these guys like plague… Or put up a sign. Here be dragons or some such … Unless u have lots of time, money, and patience to waste! Many other legitimate biz out there doing great work. These guys ain’t them though

I had a great experience with Installer HQ. I purchased a mount on
and Amazon gave me an option to add on local installation. To my delight, Hersh K. from Installer HQ came by and really went above and beyond to get us set up. He walked through the options, provided creative solutions and worked with me on the schedule. Great guy, great service and now the TV is mounted and looks great!

Had a great experience with the two men from Installer Headquarters who came out to hang 2 TV’s at my office this week! They arrived on time and quickly hung the TV I had scheduled, also hanging a second TV for me with no issue! They were kind, helpful and great to work with. I would definitely contact them again for installation services!
