Katzkin Leather

My boyfriend ordered the Katzkin kit for a 2013 Toyota Camry and the person sent one for a Hybrid so when we had the leather installed the installer advised us that one of the pieces was not correct and told us that there was a Katzkin warehouse not far from his shop.
When we arrived we didn’t know it was the headquarters for Katzkin. We had advised the receptionist what happened and she referred us to one of their dealers since they don’t work with consumers directly.
We than asked if we could speak with someone to find out what the piece is called that we needed. Not knowing that the CEO’s office was right across from the receptionist desk. CEO Tim came out and walked us to the back to meet the design Director Doug, who had advised us the piece we had was for a Hybrid.
Tim asked Doug if there was anything they could do for us. Doug stated they could have one made for us and we would just need to come back the next day and they could install it.
We definitely were not expecting that! It was amazing to have the CEO involved and he wanted us to be happy customers. We definitely are! The leather was installed perfectly and makes our car feel like a completely different/​brand new car!
I definitely would recommend this to anyone that has cloth seats that have been worn and stained after a few years.
My dad was so impressed with the leather that now he wants to have us look for leather for his Honda Civic!
