My review is based on the service I received from an associate by the name of ‘Julie’.
I spent 2 hours in the store and saved $ 153 dollars with the assistance of Julie and the awesome discounts they were having for Easter weekend.
The store isn’t very big but it’s easy to find and the service I received from the associate’s was great! Very helpful ladies with questions regarding the bras/​panties & discounts.
Helpful tip: If you are only coming to the LB store, Park near Macys. 5 minute walk from the parking area.

I came in a week ago to buy 1 pair of jeans and ended up buying 3 & pj’s! The sales associates are very helpful and patient. I didn’t have reception so I couldn’t pull out my coupon but I retrieved it after about 20 and they were holding my clothes at the counter still. Its a very small store but its the nearest one to my house.

#1I went in looking for some pants but couldn’t find my size the sales person was very helpful and ordered them online for me. She was very nice.
#2 i get the pants and one has a defect. Part of the front is sowed to the back. Weird. So I didn’t want to undo them for fear of leaving a hole in my butt. Take them in for and exchange. Still no pants in my size. Lol the sales lady, this I’d another lady. Tells me to just undo them. Lol I said no. I don’t want a hole in my butt then she said oh just taken them to a tailor. I just say, yeah no thanks. What’s funny is why should I have to do all that? They’re pants were defective and this things are not cheap. I just found her comments and suggestions to be stupid.
The one in Downey is so much better. Better selection and nicer and more helpful staff.
