This Lids sucks balls!!! The past 2 times I’ve gone the cashiers were not helpful at all and are freakin immature and don’t know a thing about customer service! They couldn’t look up my Lids membership by phone # or name(and clearly I have an account cuz as soon as I stepped out I logged in and gave me a card #) there for I get no Points for my purchase that day. The stupid kid said he couldn’t do anything about it! Learn how to do your job! I’m complaining to corporate!

I came in for an embroidery order of my company logo and the lettering was not good. Keep an eye when they do it or else they will mess it up. Not cool Lids !

I just called right now looking for a Steeler football cap. The BITCH on the phone was very rude. sounded fat and lazy. bad attitude, very little info given. It was like pulling teeth to get info from her! imma play trick on her and call her back acting like a district manager. SMH

3÷9÷11: I decided I wanted to buy myself a Dodger Hat. The Good thing is that I literally live 2 mins away from the Montebel Mall. So, I make my quick commute to The Shops @ Montebello. As I walk into the Lids store, they have 1 girl working(Young African American Girl). The Girl does not even acknowledge me as I walk in, she was actually talking on her own personal cell phone. Thinking I would pick up my hat and leave, real fast… I start looking around for the Dodger hat, I just want the Original style Blue Dodger hat(new era) flat bill… I find the hat but sadly they don’t have my size. At this point I’ve been in the store for close to about 7 – 8 minutes now, not once did this girl acknowledge me, say hi or can i help you. I then ask her where they have their flex fit hats, she does not say a word and just points over her shoulders to where they were at. Let me also say this girl had the brim of her hat so LOW, I never once made eye contact with her alongside hearing her speak a single word to me. I ‘ve now been in the store for over 10 mins, a few more customers have now walked in, I looked to see if she would help them out, they sadly received the same treatment of basically NOCUSTOMERSERVICE at ALL! Then As I was Picking out my Flex a Fit hat, another employee walks in a says Hello to me and smiles and ask me if I need any help, all while still with his back pack on and not even starting his shift yet(GOODEMPLOYEE)! Now I’m ready to check out, not wanting this girl to check me out, I have no choice, cause the guy went to the backroom to get ready for his shift. So I go to the counter place the hat down, she at this point still has not made eye contact with me and ask me rudely with an attitude, «do you have an lids card?» which I do. I give her the card, the total comes out to $ 21.94, I give her a $ 50.00 and she gives me change, not counting it out or verbally telling me what my change was… Finally this is Probably Why I’m writing this review. She now proceeds to Bag my Hat by Grabbing the Crown of the Hat With her entire Hand and Squeezing it as she shoves it into the bag, with not a thanks for shopping with us or have a nice day!!! This WHOLEAWFUL Experience is what Prompted me to Write this Review… Sadly now I have to Drive all the way to Arcadia to Buy a hat now, because I will Never PATRONIZETHISMONTEBELLOSTORE ever AGAIN. AS for the Girl that ruined my experience shopping for a hat, I hope you find a Job that you will take seriously… Let me just say this girl has been mentioned on 10÷6÷2010 Unilocal Review…

I’m not a hat person, but if I were, I’m sure they would have what I’m looking for here. I went in because hubby has a Dodgers hat that just reeks! He only uses it to play softball so he feels like it doesn’t matter if it smells. I, on the other hand, don’t like the fact that I can smell his hat from a few feet away. I took it upon myself to go into Lids to find a cleaner and came out with a Ball Cap Buddy. It keeps the shape of the hat so you can throw it in the washing machine. Better yet, it was only $ 5. The people were really nice and told me how to use it and gave me some tips that were not on the directions. I was in and out in a few minutes.
