I am completely shocked. The owner insists we owe them $ 41 in late fees for a movie we returned and paid for the next time we rented. This is from November. If this was true where were the calls for the return of the movie? We have spent over $ 700 in renting movies there. Her employees made a mistake and the lady owner was willing to loose a paying customer over this. The employee turnover is ridiculous. As a sma;ll business owner myself, I am amazed by this.
I would never recommend this place to anybody for anything!
