In an industry where you deal with alot of dishonest and/​or careless people, MGA Flooring has a vested interest in your home project as they truly stand behind their brand and quality. They are super helpful, always available to answer your questions, and patient with you to make sure you select the right product for your home. Prices are great as well! Big thanks to the MGA team for such great service!

I went to MGA flooring based on all the great Unilocal reviews to get some prices to replace the carpet in our very large master bedroom. Based on all the positive experiences everyone else is reporting, maybe it was just the salesperson I dealt with or it was just on off day, but I left unimpressed. The selection of carpet was fairly large, however our salesperson, Fernando, didn’t seem to know the price of anything and had to call the sales rep and wait for him to call back with prices. We found a piece of carpet in stock that we thought would be ok and he gave us a price that seemed reasonable for the carpet and install. I would have gone ahead with it, but at the last second he told us they charge more to move furniture. My husband works long hours and would not be home at the time of install. We’ve had carpet done before, we understand we have to move the little things and we were planning to take apart the bed, etc., the night before but I would need some help to move the dresser and the end tables at the time of install. Fernando acted like this was a big deal so we told him, politely, that we would get back to him. He gave me a card. We walked out to the parking lot and got in our car, discussed for about a minute and decided to tell them we would do it after all. As we were pulling out of the lot I called the store and asked to speak with Fernando. The woman who answered, rather rudely, told me he was «with a customer». We had literally just walked out and we were the only people in the store. She said he would call me back, but he never did. I ended up finding someone else to do the job for about the same price, including helping me move the furniture. I just don’t like to give my money to people who act like they don’t want it.

I hired MGA Flooring to do the carpet and tile in our house. The owner actually came out to my home to help me decide what color carpet and tile to use based on the features of our house. We have dogs, and he gave us great advice on which flooring to choose with dogs in mind, we needed something that would be durable. We were replacing all the linoleum in our home with tile, and replacing all the existing carpet with new carpet. The total job took a couple of days because there was so much tile to install new, but the guys who did the work were great and got things done so fast. The end result is amazing. We have had our new carpet and tile for a couple of months now and they were right, our flooring is holding up excellent even with our dogs running around on it. They even left me a good sized extra piece of carpet just in case our dogs ruin something so we can replace it with the matching carpet. I highly recommend this company for flooring! We’ve hired MGA Flooring for our personal property as well as all our rental properties and were extremely satisfied! MGA made the process very smooth and easy. Also, great «service after the sale»! I called MGA to give me an estimate for new carpet. The rep was on time and knew her product. Ended up with gorgeous hardwood floors for an excellent price. Instalation was super smooth. I wish that I could give a 6 star rating.

Awesome customer service… Fast install… Excellent work… and even better, GREAT Pricing! MGA Flooring recently re-​floored our entire home with new tile, wood floors, and new carpeting in our 3,000 Sq Ft home. After visiting their store and picking out everything we wanted, they were at my house 2 days later removing my old flooring. We even liked how they suggested for us to do a diamond or diagonal layout for our tiles. We get compliments all the time! Can’t thank MGA enough for making our home beautiful!
