My daughter was playing with my phone and accidentally drop it on the sidewalk and next thing I know the screen is cracked and the bottom half is not visible. Looked on Unilocal to see if I could find any place nearby that would replace the screen for my Blackberry 9700. First place I called was closed, next one I tried was MPS and I got to talk to Anthony. He quoted me anywhere from $ 60 – 90 bucks depending on which version of the screen and he wouldn’t be able to tell me until he opens it up. Took it down there and of course it’s the $ 85 price and of course it’s the screen that he doesn’t have in stock.(The Iphone Gods must have been messing with me that day). I leave my phone for repair and he orders the screen. 2 day’s later he calls me and tells me that it’s ready but he doesn’t want to give it back to me because he feels that the screen is not as sharp as it should be and he wants to send the screen back and get another one. I thought that was nice of him to tell me and to let me know of is plans. A few day’s later he calls me again and it’s ready to pick up and the screen is good as new. Overall, Anthony is a very nice and friendly guy to deal with. If I have a broken phone in the future that I’m considering to get fixed he will be the first one call first.

Had a cracked screen that got progressively worse on a Palm Pixi. This was the first place that came up on Google so I gave it a shot even though it was about a 30 minute drive from where I live. Totally worth it! When I first called they said they would have to order a part because it was an old phone and that I would have to drive in and leave a deposit. Even though driving just to leave a deposit was a bit of a hassle, I was pleasantly surprised when I returned a week later when the part had arrived to leave my phone to be fixed. Now initially the worker had told me that it takes an average of 24 – 72 hours to fix a phone, the owner was in when I arrived and told me it d be ready in 45! He even pointed me in the direction of a good place to eat while I waited. 45 minutes later on the dot and my phone had a new, blemish-free screen. He also said the part had ended up being a bit more expensive than he had expected but still charged me the $ 50 he quoted me! Suffice to say, the drive was worth it and I now know where to go if I break my phone on a Friday night again.

If I could rate MPS Wireless with an INFINITE number of stars, that would be most accurate. This place is honest, reliable, unbelievable, extremely reasonable and Anthony is the messiah of all cell phone repairs! My Blackberry Storm was dead after it fell from about 4 feet and landed on the hardwood floor. Anthony resurrected it! It took him only ½ hour to resuscitate my phone & $ 35(that’s right thirty-five dollars!) is all I was charged. EVERYTHING was restored as if I had never dropped it. I lived about 50 miles from MPS Wireless but I would drive 500 miles to have him perform a miracle! If I moved overseas I would send him my phone w/a self addressed, pre-paid envelope to have it returned because MPS Wireless is so fair that it would be worth every euro/dollar. Much thanks to Anthony and Trish! I will refer everyone who ever has a problem with their phone to MPS Wireless. Undoubtedly this place EXCEEDED my expectations. HONEST! FAIR! RELIABLE! SUPERIORCUSTOMERSERVICE! Don’t buy a new phone. Don’t go to craigslist, take the time to drive to MPS Wireless or send it in. Call him and he will tell you if he can resurrect your dead phone. MPS Wireless, Anthony and Trish are trustworthy and well worth the visit to Montebello, & if you live out of the area, out of state, out of the country call him & if he says he can fix it send it in because he can! MUCH, MUCHTHANKS!

Awesome work done here!!! Called up Anthony because I was looking for someone to repair my BlackBerry Curve 8900 but LOCAL to my area… The places I found on here, while well reviewed, were pretty far… This guy is in Montebello!!! As soon as I explained what I did to my phone you could tell he knew what had happened to it… I dropped it off that afternoon and picked it up the following day!!! My keypad had fried and the repair was $ 40… Aside from the reasonable pricing, you can tell Anthony knows what he’s talking about and truly takes care of his customers from the moment you walk in… I now have a place to refer my fellow BlackBerry users to in times of peril…
