Primo gets five stars. I hired them to rewire an old house. They did the job quickly and cleanly. But we had a difficult inspector who came back three times and made them change things (that he had previously OK’d). I didn’t have to pay any extra and they did extra work and did it quickly and were cool about it. Five stars, would recommend.

Primo Electric is licensed which is important to us in case we get any trouble from the city. We had them hardwire the exterior walls of our house for outdoor lighting and outlets. Dave has a very calm demeanor and was very easy to work with. His crew did an outstanding job and will definitely call them again if I need more electrical work done in the future.

Primo Electric answered my call and gave me a quote over the phone. They were able to come out the same week. They installed 6 recessed lights. A team of three worked together to complete the job in 2 ½hour’s as promised. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Very impressed with their work. We used them to install 3 designated circuits in our new sound booth at a church. They ran 3 20A circuits across about 75 feet then down 13 feet into the half wall of our sound booth. Came out quickly. Worked efficiently and were a blast to watch.
The price that was quoted was the price charged with no funny business. Also the price was far below that of competitors. Very impressed and will definitely call Primo Electric for any of our other electricity needs! Professional. Clean. And fun. Jose and Jesse worked the job and did great. Overall I would give them a very high recommendation!

A friend recommended Primo Electric. Dave came out gave me a quote. It was for kitchen lights. His price was great and he stuck to it. No extra charges. There was a few things we changed but before he did the work he explained everything. Which I appreciate. My kitchen lights look beautiful. I’m extremely happy with the quality of work that was done and the timely manner. Will definitely be using them again.

We had some recess lighting installed in our kitchen. Primo Electric not only did an amazing job, but were very clean and thorough. We will definitely have them return to do all our electric work. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!

Very happy customer!!! Primo electric came in and did exactly what was promised, Great Work. Came in and assessed what I wanted to be done, what needed to be done and got to work with a 4 man crew. I had 14 recessed led lights put in and some clean up of wiring up in my crawl space. Fast, friendly and pleasure to do business with… I will recommend to family and friends and actually felt like I needed to share with fellow consumers. Thanks again to PRIMO ELECTRIC!

Primo Electric came out to fix an electrical issue for my family in Garden Grove. They claim to give you a 1 year warranty. Within a few days their work had failed and we called them to come back and fix it. I believe we called them over 15 times and when they did finally return the call and state that they were going to come out, they never ever did.
They do not stand behind their work, they claim on their receipt that is is under warranty for a year and it is not true.
We had to hire another company to come in and fix their work and pay out another 300 dollars. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
