Rootvision Endo

This review is long overdue. (@_@) My appointment with Dr. Pak was on 10÷23÷15.
First off; walking into the office I was warmly greeted by the receptionists who were all bright and cheery when talking with me! My morning became a little happier and more bearable because of them.
I expected x-​rays and a consultation only for a molar that suddenly started dying and giving me pain. I was given clear information and a chance to get to the root of the problem tooth and deal with it that very day. I didn’t expect it but I agreed to it anyway because hey, I was in pain, a spot was open, and they were giving me an opportunity to NOT be in pain for any longer than I was. Why not get it over and done with?
Dr. Pak explained the procedure in clear detail, and though I was afraid at first (I’ve never had a root canal surgery before) the fact that Dr. Pak answered every single one of my questions with confidence gave ME confidence and reassured me that I was in good/​capable hands. The procedure took maybe an hour and a half, but Dr. Pak was thorough with his work. I felt no pain during or after the surgery (even weeks after it!!). Also! Thank you, Nadia, for clearly explaining the costs of the procedure as well. I get confused a lot with medical costs and all that jazz but she really helped me understand everything.
I recommend every one to this practice. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. I am floored with the amount of professionalism, care, and understanding that this practice, Dr. Pak, and the wonderful ladies at the front desk had. Thanks! :)

I was very satisfied and surprised at the treatment I received at Root Vision Endo. my root channel was painless and Dr. Pak so nice and explained everything in full detail before he started my treatment. He made me feel at relaxed and it was over before I knew it. the staff was so helpful. Nadia and Shayleen r great. Nadia did her magic with my insurance needs and I was able to get the treatment I needed. I recpmend Root Vision Endo to everyone!!! u will be glad u went with them

I am very satisfied with Dr. Richards treatment. I was in Extreme pain when I went in to visit him, the doctor help me out and made me feel much better and for that I am very grateful. I recommend root vision Endo to anyone experiencing any type of toothache. Not to forget to mention his staff is very great including Nadia who helped me out with a same day appointment.
