Definitely was not good my experience because I had to cut my hair twice the first time me had left as Dora the Explorer and nothing to do with what I asked and finally I left him too small and did not taste apart from that it was very expensive so I was charged $ 35 for a cut is ridiculous !!

So I have been wanting to write this review for a while. First of all I was impressed with the salon’s appearance, it was super spacious, well decorated, clean and inviting. The staff was very welcoming and immediately offered us refreshments. Claudia did my daughters hair which was no easy feat as my girl wanted «pink» hair! No problem, Claudia did a SUPERB job, with an equally superb attitude (Claudia you rock!)
Both me and my daughter are super happy with the way her hair turned out… Even now, a couple of weeks later it still looks great. Not faded or washed out!
Claudia you are awesome, so friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend this salon, as a matter of fact I have already told a few friends about it.

I recommend you come here to get your hair done. I’ve been coming here with my mom and grandma for years and we love it! Claudia is so nice and helpful, I love her. I’ve gotten an ombré done by Christina and was in love, I had gotten so many compliments. Every time I exit this salon my hair is lookin’ good!

The salon owner stands by her word. She ensures that her business practices are ethical and acts with integrity. And the stylists know their stuff. Thumbs up.

I used to come here back in the day when Armando was a hair dresser here. They let him go and I followed him. Went back after he was gone and wanted a hair cut and a solid brown dye job. At the end she was charging me $ 180. I was shocked. I asked why and she said «I gave you highlights». I told her I didnt ask her for them so why did she do them. She got mad and said «okay, then $ 150». You could barely see 6 strands of lighter hair on top. 6! And she called those highlights. My husband took me and he was gonna treat me for my birthday. He was furious and complained to the manager. She told him every girl charges differently. We were so mad and just gave her $ 120. She either took it or left it. She took it lol. There’s no way I was gonna pay for something I didn’t ask for. I haven been back since. It’s over priced and not worth it. I could have dyed my hair by my self.

I highly recommend Shawn! He’s been doing my hair for 15+ years. You tell him what you want and BANG! Looks just like the picture! My mom, sister and now my 13 year old daughter and I get our haircuts with Shawn. He does and amazing job!
He also does amazing nails!

I recommend Lorenzo! I called the salon and told them what I was looking for and they sent me straight to him. He did an amazing black dye and put in tape in extensions. He trimmed them to fit my style and you can’t even tell I have extensions. I get compliments on my hair and people don’t believe me when I say I have extensions. He is very attentive and really listens to what you want. I am very pleased with this salon and happy I found it and him.

Loved it! The salon. A bit pricy. But great service.
My stylist Jess was too cute. She knew what I wanted and delivered. Her daughter was patiently waiting for my hair to be styled.

Just got my hair done with Marcela she was super sweet and did a bad ass job on my hair I got a black and red ombré and she nailed it!

I would defiantly not recommend this place! The «manager» is money hungry and does not care about her clientele. They destroyed my hair! Turned it an array of colors when I only asked them to lighten the blonde I already had. She bleached my skin! Even after the poor stylist admitted to butchering my hair the «manager» refused to give me my money back.

Very nice salon… I had a great experience and left very satisfied with my hair color n style. Got my hair did by Martha chavez, loved the service and how she got the exact color I wanted. I highly recommend salon maxx ask for Martha chavez!

Nice place… ask for Shawn. He knows hair and knows what looks good. He does a great job and as an added bonus is friendly and funny. I highly recommend him :)

Nice salon! I went in for a hair cut with Martha she was very sweet and was interested in what my vision was for my hair which I loved! She did a great job cutting and styling my hair and the best thing was she was very quick! I will definitely be back at this salon! :)

I am actually reviewing the Eye Lash extension gal named: CHRISTINA
I was very apprehensive but took a chance and pleasantly surprised.
I’ve had many different eye lash extensions done and can be a hard critic
Christina filled them beautifully. The lashes looks very hair thin and natural.
Beautiful shape and no glue that stings after…
Try her out. You won’t regret it.

I am so disappointed in this place. My have been coming here since I was 8. When they were by sears and Liz did my hair and she was great then left. Then Raquel did my hair and I loved her she did my hair for years then she left and then I kinda just went to who ever. Few years later I went back and met Daniel and we just clicked I loved him and saw him for years even at his house after he left and went to other salons.
In November 2013 after having my baby I went to get my hair colored before going back to work. Blanca wasn’t in and I wish she was. Some lady did it I told her I wasn’t to slip my hair so she did I showed her a pic. I left w kinda orange hair which I guess is normal she said come back and ill do the color. So I let my hair rest and went back and she wasn’t in and would be going in, my mom was mad and said well someone is going to correct the color it looks like carrot top she was patient for days now correct it. Claudia the owners daughter said we can’t to that transfer one persons commission to give to anther. So a newer girl did it and did what Blanca daughter told her to do and I left with green hair:(it was soooo bad my mom was abt to explode. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I gave been going her for over 12 years off and on and I didn’t receive customer service I deserved for being so loyal. I should of waited for Cynthia because she is great! I will not be returning her.
