Once again some body hit my escalade so i went back to Seidners Collision Centers in Montebello were they always make me feel like family they keep me inform about everything from day one until they give me back my car and they always go above and Beyond thank you Alan and everyone that works there excellent workers and always greet you with a smile I really appreciate all of you guys once again thank you keep up the great work

My car has been in 2 accidents sadly, first rear ended then recently front bumper was hit.
My first accident I was referred to come to Seinders and I did. I was astonished by what they did and how I was always informed on the status of my car. Their work is so clean no one believes me when I tell them my car was in an accident. The color match is excellent looks straight out of factory.
My list accident it was a no brainer to bring my car back and once again I was amazed with the work, there’s no evidence of an accident at all.
I will always bring my car to Alan and his crew for further problems with my cars. Thank you Alan

Great service had my car taken care of there after an accident and it looks and feels like new. Pedro as well as the rest of the team that helped me were all very professional and made me feel comfortable. I got bi-​weekly reports on the status of my car and they returned my rental as well. No wonder AAA recommends this shop. They are very helpful and friendly. They send you text to update you on the status of your vehicle. Pedro was very helpful, he goes above and beyond to seek everything that your car had originally. They leave it just as nothing happened to the car. I highly recommend this shop to fix your car.

Was recommended by AAA to get my coupe fixed here, as it was the closest location to my house. Had gotten hit by some dumbass in an SUV and also bumped into someone and scratched my bumper, resulting in two different claims on two different parts of my car. Pedro oversaw the whole process and Linda at the front desk printed up papers and made the whole process easy and smooth. Both Pedro and Linda also called me with updates and let me know that my car was ready two days before the scheduled time, which was FANTASTIC as I needed to take the car to get new tires and didn’t really want to wait over the weekend.
The repairs were great! Not only did my car look pre-​accident smooth, but they also washed and polished my coupe up nicely inside and out! Pedro even did a quick adjustment on my front bumper– there was a bit that had popped out, and he just grabbed his screwdriver and fixed it for me in under 10 min. Really stellar service, wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back here again!

These guys did an awesome job on my wife’s car, Pedro updated me every Tues and Thurs the status and the final repairs came out clean! Thanks again

Seidners is AMAZING! I cannot get over the beyond excellent quality of their work! I’ve had the misfortune of being the victim of a hit and run incident, but Seidners has worked on my car previously so I knew going back to them would only be good! Eddie Moreno was the over seer of my cars repair. He was EXTREMELY AMAZING at keeping me updated at every stage in my car’s progress. My car was completed several says ahead of the prior estimated time, another huge plus on top of the entire awesome experience. Even though I was carless, knowing my car was in good hands was enough to get me though it. The mechanics are very thorough and pay close attention to details! When I received my car back it was washed and detailed! What an amazing way to show customers you appreciate them, these guys at Seidners will definitely take good care of your car and they put a lot of hard work into it and it shows! For any car detailing or repair I’ll be definitely coming back here!

I had the misfortune of taking my car here twice within a months time. Eddie was in charge of my vehicle both times and his service was above and beyond. I can be a difficult person to deal with when things are not going my way, he was cool and collected which made me feel at ease. Monica was always welcoming and gracious, getting me in and out of there in a really short time. Alan the manager was on top of any issues and went beyond his responsibilities to assure I was happy with the shop. Both times I had my car back within the week and Most importantly my car looks great the repairs are unnoticeable and I’m happy. I would recommend this shop to any one looking for a collision repair shop. Seidners is an EXCELLENT body repair facility, they were recommended from our insurance two years ago when found my Suburban repaired by Seidners. When my wife Toyota Camry got into accident we took the Camry in for repairs
We met with Martin Perez he was EXCELLENT helping us.
We were contacted by text progression of the repairs they delivered the car to our home excellent service. When we got home and expected the car what a beautiful job they even touched up the scratches round the car we both highly recommend Seidner’s. My wife is very impressed with Seidners and Martin with there service. Thank you again.

Being in a car accident sucks on so many levels but if there was a silver lining in all of this then Seidners is definitely it.
My insurance company recommended them and I am blown away with how amazing they are. Their customer service is hands down the BEST and its definitely appreciated when you are in whirlwind of insurance claims and doctor appointments. Monica and Eddie made it painless, Eddie called and left me messages letting me know exactly what was being done to my car every step of the way… no guessing games, no unanswered calls, these folks are on it.
They finished the work sooner then expected and my car looks as if nothing had ever happened to it. Not only that, they delivered it to my house and they WASHED it. I am damn near cry I am not going to lie. I am really impressed with how everything went and as much as I like them, I hope I never have to go back. But if you need a body shop, well there you have it.

I’ve used Seidner’s twice. I don’t even know why I came back. The year of the car is 2011. The first time, they were recommended by the insurance company of the other driver. They had to fix the front rear door and some of the hood from an accident. When I took it to carmax to get appraised, the appraiser said the paint they used was very low quality. By just running your hand over it you can feel it! Like even I can feel it. The appraiser (who by the way sees a lot of cars, that’s all he does) even said the quality is like someone did it out of a garage. This brings me to my next point. These people seriously over charge. I took my car to Penske Mercedes’ Collision Center for another repair after I was tired of dealing with Seidners and at the actual Mercedes dealership they charge $ 4 less per hour for labor than Seidner’s does. Come on. The dealership actually uses stock paint and does a MUCH better job at less! The carmax guy didn’t even notice that the part of the car that Penske Mercedes did was repainted and repaired and that was more damage. The cost of the dealership repairs and labor was overall less than Seidners.
Also, the second time I got my car touched up when someone rear ended me, I had an iPhone that I was going to sell in my middle console. I forgot it in there because it wasn’t in use and I wasn’t in a hurry to sell it. I had a SIM card in there that was inactive. When i got the car back a couple days later surprise surprise. It wasn’t there. But the SIM card was. My guess is that they took the SIM card out because they thought it could be tracked with that in there. I knew they took it because being the dummies they were, they left the SIM card in the middle console. I know I had both of them together because why would I have the SIM card but no phone? I checked there at Seidners to see if I had dropped it in between the seats or anything and I didn’t. While I was thoroughly checking my car a man comes out and asks if everything’s okay because he was the one who worked on the car. I said that I was missing something. He got a bit defensive and said he didn’t see anything in there. Why would he even ask if everything was okay. I was just looking in my middle console, I could’ve been doing anything. I brought it up to the manager and he gave me an attitude and said his employees «don’t steal.» Of course they don’t. He also said I couldn’t prove anything and next time I should take all my valuables out of my car. Okay. Cool.
Bottom line: this place really over charges you and/​or your insurance company for your uncle’s garage type of repairs, they’re rude and there’s a 99% chance someone there steals.

This place is a joke. Alan D. (who’s business card states that he’s a manager) treated us like crooks. We only came here because some idiot kids who were high at the time demolished our neighbors parked car and then hit/​scratched our parked car on their attempt to flee the scene and their insurance sent us to Seidner’s.
As we stated to Alan when we went in, there wasn’t much structural damage, but since our tire was turned to the curb and hit at the time of impact that we were afraid that the tire being hit may have altered the alignment or damaged something under the hood.
Alan told us that they only do body work so they’d have to send it to the dealer and that the dealer ‘can’t lie’, um so does he think we were lying? A police officer wrote out the report, witnessed the skid marks on the road and took down our info, are they lying too?
The insurance company said that Seidner’s knew that we would be coming and everything would be taken care of but the receptionist had no idea who we were when we went in. Alan and the receptionist said they would have to email the insurance company and that they weren’t allowed to call them. Huh? So my husband called the insurance company and we were put on hold, because Alan was calling them from inside Seidner’s! What happened to ‘we can’t call them?”.
Alan continued to tell me that they would check out the car and determine if the scratches were something that were pre-​existing or caused by the accident, again, calling us liars. We finally got a hold of the insurance company and they sent us to a body shop in Downey instead and we even got a rental car for a few days.
I will never go back to Seidner’s. My experience has me questioning their good feedback on Unilocal

A month ago someone backed into my car and caused considerable damage to one of my fenders. My insurance referred me to Seidner’s for the repairs and I felt confident they would do a great job after reading their Unilocal reviews. That was the 1^st time I had to deal with a shop after an accident and I must say that I was blown away by their excellent service. Jesse and the woman at the receptionists desk were very friendly and professional. What started out as a stressful situation quickly became a smooth and stress free experience. Not only did they leave my car looking like new again, they explained the whole process prior to taking my car into the shop. Jesse assured me they would look under the hood for any underlying issues that may have been caused by the accident and kept me up to date on the progress of my car on a daily basis. To top it off, they got my car back to me sooner than expected.
Today, I had the unfortunate luck of getting backed into again. Both times while my car was parked!!! Suffice it to say, I will be heading back to Seidner’s where i know I can expect great and speedy service as well as peace of mind.

Last July someone rear ended me on the freeway. It was a pretty decent hit but nothing major. Luckily he had insurance so I could get the damage fixed if desired. I took the car to Seidners since they had such good reviews and my brother in law took it to their Montebello location and was very pleased.
I can attest to their excellent service and was treated very well by the receptionist and Stephen was took a look at my car. Unfortunately the damage was much more extensive than originally estimated by the insurance company (they do a quick glance and come up with a very low estimate) after the car was disassembled for inspection and the insurance company correctly concluded that the cost was more than the car was worth.
Not Seidners fault at all as my car is fiberglass and they would have to replace entire sections of it along with the extensive frame damage that the bumper hid. While I cannot attest to their workmanship other than the high marks my brother in law gave, I can say they were very professional and I always felt valued by them.

After a horrible fender bender that had my front bumper almost falling off my vehicle, I had to find a place that my insurance accepted and had top notch service. Seidner’s Collision Center is the place to come to.
Terry and Jesse took care of my car without having me worried about anything. I got updates on my car every several days and my car was fixed on time and washed thoroughly. I seriously can not think of another place that will give you magnificent service. I will definitely be coming back here for my auto body needs.

Excellent Customer service!!! My wife is a tough cookie when it comes to repairing her car!!! And they did just that. I would like to thank the pretty receptionist for being so kind!
