I wasn’t satisfied with this store at all. I waited about an hour to be seen, I was disappointed because after I had purchased my two phone and spoke to a friend there was promotions that they didn’t tell me about which would have made my bill cheaper. The girl that was assisting us Patty, was rude. When I was speaking to her and asking questions she kept addressing them towards my husband and acting as if I wasn’t there. To the point where my husband left because he felt uncomfortable.

Excellent customer service! They answer all your question, always friendly when you walk in. David the manager is awesome, along with his staff Cindy, every team member working, are very helpful. I will be definitely be going back for everything that I need, questions about my account & or to fill the prepaid card. They get it done within minutes if not seconds. If I can they would have more than a 5 star rating. Keep up the awesome work guys & girls.

Came to this store to set up my family with new cells… I have to say these guys really know their stuff… very patient, friendly… Dave (store manager) and Juan answered every question with courtesy and true professionalism. As I was there I also noticed that they treat each and every customer the same way. Store is very neat and organized. Glad I gave this place a shot after I looked up a TMobile store on Unilocal.Wasn’t the closest to my house but worth the drive if you value great customer service and great value. Thanks fellas for all your help. Will recommend you to friends and family.
