Maria S ruined our experience at this location with her horrible, unprofessional, ghetto(poor) attitude. My brothers, my 2 kids, and parents drove from the ELA location to Montebello for back to school shoe shopping, because they were out of stalk and low on shoe inventory. Entering we did not get acknowledged by any associates when walking in, when needing assistance for a size we asked nearest associate, that was by the entrance, if he can reach a shoe for us, he couldn’t attend us but did grab another male associate who was able to assist with getting shoes. Our experience was okay until getting to the line. There was 3 people standing in front of us lined up ready to pay, when the cashier shouted while looking so irritable«the line starts over there see where the sign is!» A few customers complained about having to stand back in line, we just moved and stood back in line. We are rewards member, and we accidently grabbed the wrong coupon from home, so while in line I found another coupon on my phone that was the same, but valid. When getting to the register with our 7 shoes $ 450 purchase, we told cashier whose badge name read Maria S that we grabbed the wrong coupon and if she can honor it or use a retail me not coupon. She rudely cut me off and said they didn’t honor RetailmeNot coupons, so when I told my mom other locations honor it, she continued to cut me off as though I was speaking to her. I work for JcPenney and retail me not has the same coupons our ads have, but totally understandable if you don’t take same promo codes/3rd party code, it was the way she replied. She was very rude didn’t let me finish anything I was saying so in shock just stood quiet and asked her nicely again if she’d honor it or not. «well I’m going to do it for you but bla bla bla,» I mean she just kept on going and going I felt belittled and would never ever return to this location. I wanted to walk away with 0 shoes, but couldn’t since it was late and kids start school the next day. My brothers had nike shoes, my moms work boots, etc. I told my mom how the other wss shoe locations are much nicer and how she was being rude, then she began to want to argue again«oh I’m being rude, I’m being rude» wow I was just in shock… having a bad day is no excuse to take it out on the customer.

Not bad! Very happy with my purchases. 2 pairs of name brand shoes and sandals for my boys for $ 149 and change. Will definitely be returning!

Honestly, the best service I have ever encountered in a while. Every time I come to this WSS I am always assisted by the nicest employees. They are always there to help you when you need help and always do it with a smile on their face. I called in today to see if they have any Nike Roshe Runs available for my boyfriend and luckily they had one last pair. I used my Groupon deal and guess how much I got these Roshers for? $ 36! I Love Love Love finding deals, but finding deals and having great employees help you? A++ for this WSS.

I didn’t like customer service, usually there are people walking around to ask if everything is alright but I did not get that from here. When it is Christmas time you should get more helping hands to be there to attend the many customers. There was bit a wide variety of shoes or clothes. I would not refer this wss

Couldn’t find my cortez but they do hav a big tenis shoe selection. The prices are the same as in the Malls. The only difference is the big selection. Their staff is friendly & somewhat helpful. Shout out to Lupe Lopez who did everything to make us happy customers. Thanks.

What can I say? I’m a sucker for shoes, but I also get the styles I want at VERY affordable prices. I can’t complain! The employees here are friendly and will help at any chance you give them.
