Only gastro doctor in the area and he knows it. Office staff is awful, wait time is 3 hours after your schedule appt. He doesn’t give you time once you do see him if you see him because he aways has a PA. He owns the surgical center so he always tries to schedule anything your insurance will pay for. The wait for the surgical center is 3 or more hours. The surgical staff and nurses are very nice. Too bad they work for a greedy doctor whom lost respect for his patients and is now just a business man looking for contracts. I agree, he targets the Latino community with medical insurance. We normally don’t speak up, so sad. Wouldn’t be suprised if his office was under investigation. Was a patient for two procedures, 1 year.

The worst run doctors office. You arrive to your appointment on time, and they make you wait, last visit over 3 hours today so far going on 2 hours. When calling in for my appointment, the phone rang for 35 mins before they picked up. After a couple of min ringing I wanted to see how long it would take before they picked up. My 82 year old mom was scheduled for a colonscopy at 10ish am. Her procedure occurred until 3 pm. Leave an elderly fasting this long? He also did not address my mom. Both speak Spanish and/​or English. She is not deaf or dumb. What happened to good customer service. If you hear Fernando Ibarra, run don’t walk! Apology and explanation is due.
