They messed up my white dress shirt.
I didn’t notice until the day before I was going to wear it and it was cleaned 3 weeks ago.

They ruined my fur duvet cover. I specifically asked whether they would be able clean fur, and the owner happy answered yes – he even quoted me a VERY fair price, thinking it would be safe in the hands of this business owner I came back a few days later not inspecting the comforter. Once I got home… I saw the fur was matted and no longer soft… it was accompanied by this acrid smell of chemical product as well.
THEY APPLIED HEAT TO FUR – that complete inattention to detail and knowledge-less savvy means they will treat your items the same way! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I chose this place because it’s close to my job and therefore convenient. I got two suits and two pairs of slacks cleaned here and it totaled about $ 42. I’m not sure if this is a good deal or not but they did a good job cleaning my stuff and I was pleased. So I will probably go back. They had my stuff completed in one week; because I wasn’t in a rush to have it done earlier.

I was in search of a new dry cleaners after City Cleaners on Garfield Ave. closed due to the owners retirement. I tried the cleaners across the street and they were ridiculously expensive so my search continued. After getting a manicure nearby I noticed this cleaners, walked in to inquire about the pricing and it seemed reasonable so I dropped off my laundry. The owner was super nice and kind. My clothes were flawless without the funky «cleaners smell» and iron discoloration. I recommend this business without reservation.

I drop off my stuff here every time I come by Monterey Park to visit my folks. New mom n pop owners are really friendly and they give you a good deal. They do a good job and are timely.
The lady does really good alterations. She totally saved a dress I was planning on wearing to a wedding but my ever expanding belly keeps growing. I thought I was going to have to buy a new dress, but she worked her magic and let the tummy portion out and I’m a happy customer who won’t have to waste money on a new dress! ! ;-)
HI: nice friendly owners, awesome alterations.
LO: parking is shared with the rest of the businesses in the plaza.
