McDonald’s

I think this McDonald’s has a limit of 1 correct order each day. Came in for breakfast early in the morning with no other customers at the time and ordered a sausage muffin with egg, or I should say I tried to order a sausage muffin with egg. When I tried to order it, the employee looked at me with a strange face saying this item did not exist… umm it’s right there literally on the menu… I pointed to the item on the menu, he eventually figured it out, and charged me for a sausage muffin with egg. Well then of course the kitchen has never heard of it and just gave me a sausage muffin WITHOUT egg. Unbelievable. Don’t come here unless you’re that 1 lucky person who’s order is correct.

OMG! I’ve read so many reviews that I have personally experienced myself. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. They never have ice cream and they always mess up the order. They are rude and never give you napkins or ketchup. It’s so sad that I live close to this one and always travel to the one on Atlantic and Pomona.

I was helped by a wonderful young man named David G such a pleasure to see him smiling while taking my complicated order, he didn’t miss a beat even offered ketchup when I usually have to ask! Superb customer service! Best McDonald’s in the area! I ordered my mcdouble and fries fresh! Tickled my palette! Thanks again!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Drive thru ppl are always goofing around, dont even pay attention to what they are doing or to their customers. I ordered a simple kids meal two double cheeseburgers and a lrg coke. They ended up charging the driver infront of me my order, and i paid hers. Then i pointed it out and they «fixed» it but that was an epic failure because at the second window, they still gave me the wrong stuff. They made such a mess and kept wanting to give me a fish filet (i’m allergic to fish) and i just ended up canceling everything and getting my money back.

Came here to order a simple McFlurry. What they gave me was a cup with ice cream and my topping just thrown on top… The Mc Donalds near my house actually puts it in a machine and mixes it for you… I had to do it myself. I also wasn’t given the normal hard spoon like at my other McDonald’s. I was given a cheap spoon which sure enough broke when eating my McFlurry.
Won’t be back here… Its too bad because I attend the college near by.

Been here before service was not that great but its getting there today customer service was great! It’s clean they have parking not that big hard to find parking but overall visit was OK. came here for my frappé!

Similar to another reviewer, I was here for Hello Kitty happy meal toys not long ago. I came in during breakfast hours and they went out of their way to bring out the entire box to make sure I find all the toys I was still missing. Did I mention it was during the time they served sausage egg McMuffins?

Review based solely on their customer service & not their food because let’s face it, they taste pretty much the same everywhere you go.
If you know me, you know I love minions so I’ve been on the hunt for the current happy meal toys. I’ve been to a handful of McDonald’s & so far, this one stands out from the rest. I came in asking which minions they currently carried & the employee showed me the ones they had. Then he told me to wait & went inside to grab & open 2 more boxes of toys to see if I needed any of them.

All McDonalds food should not be even classified as food its fake you should not eat there its really bad for you

I gotta acknowledge that compare to other Mc Donald’s this is a clean and spacious one. They remodeled it recently and the location is really nice now. I’m glad they did it now I feel more comfortable every time I decide to do my homework here since it is right across the college I attend. Props to their hours!!! They’re 24 hr drive-​thru and lobby. I’ve come here a couple of times on the weekends when we party since it’s cheap and always good to munch on. What I dislike with all my heart is that in this certain location there’s always a lot of crazy people, I’m sorry I meant to say ill people, like mentally ill people and even though I feel truly sorry for them, they just freak me out, you never know how they will react.

Ok customer service service was quick as always there was only one person in there with a lot of energy the others just looked like they were not having a good time food looks like always nothing new …

Ok service, check your order sometimes they get it wrong.
I like them because they close late and open early.
Parking is really small. Bet it’s the smallest parking lot of them all.

This place suck!!!
I never thought that I would even bother writing a review about McDonalds, but this location legit is the worse. I come here cause its near by and sometimes I crave Mickey D’s fries. Pulled up at the drive thru and ordered large fries, hamburger and two hot fudge. It took them more than five minutes to get my whole order and they messed up on my order. Fries were not even salted, it was to well done. My burger didn’t have onions when I specifically asked for extra and Omg this is what got me here writing this stupid review. My hot fudge Sunday wasn’t even ice cream. It was legit ice with hot fudge, Like wtf!!!
People spend money on this shit and all we get is dumass kids who doesn’t care about the food they serve and quality that McDonald’s represents its self.
I am never coming here again, I’d rather drive more to get decent food than get robbed out my pocket for unsalted fries and poor service.

The incident of a dumb cashier:
Me: (Handling the cashier a quarter pounder BOGO receipt) Can I use this if I get a quarter pounder meal and get the other quarter pounder for free?
Cashier: Yes you can.
Me: Ok, can I get a quarter pounder meal.
Cashier: Small, medium, or large?
Me: Medium.
Cashier: Do you want to add any peach pie?
Me: No thanks.
Cashier: Okay, a quarter pounder and a free quarter pounder, your total will be $ 4.02.
Me: Wait, is that the correct price for a quarter pounder meal?
Cashier: Yes
(Paid the cashier and the receipt’s item shows «2 qtr pounder cheese»)
Me: I’m asking for a meal. The receipt doesn’t show that.
Cashier: You want a meal? Small, medium, or large?
Me: I was asking you if I could use the receipt for quarter pounder meal and you said yes, so I want to get a quarter pounder meal and get a free quarter pounder burger, not 2 quarter pounder burgers!
Cashier: What size do you want for your fries?
Me: MEDIUM.
Cashier: Do you want to add any peach pie?
Me: NO.
Cashier: Ok, 1 medium fries and 1 medium soda, your total is $ 2.93.
SO I ended up paying more for a quarter pounder cheese meal thanks to this super dumb cashier.
The incident of a dick cashier:
I ordered a 10 pieces McNuggets meal and asking for BBQ sauce. Upon receiving my food, I search through the bag and I couldn’t find the sauce, so I told the cashier that I didn’t get the sauce:
Me: Can I have some bbq sauce?
Cashier: The sauce are in the bag!
Me: No, I didn’t get the sauce.
Cashier: The sauce are at the back in the bag!
Me: (Took out everything in the bag and shows the empty bag to the cashier) Um. nope?
The cashier then tone down her attitude and gave me the sauce but she never apologize for being a dick!

This McDonalds is a lot nicer than other McDonalds. It’s recently renovated, open 24 hours, free wifi, etc.
As for food, well… IT’S MCDONALDS

Workers are very rude and act like they don’t wanna be there, which I understand but still it is your job to be courteous and polite to your customers.
Drink station was a complete mess. No one came to refill the sweet tea for over 30 minutes and there were no more straws.
Did I forget to mention some workers weren’t even in their uniform?
It’s no wonder this place has a B. I know it’s just fast food but I’ve been to better McDonald’s before.

It’s McDonald’s! What else is there to say?
Free wifi. Nice updated location, the driveway/​parking however is kinda confusing. Weird entrances, very congested.
The staff– mix reviews, some can be total dicks and annoying and look annoyed, whirl others are very friendly and nice.
Food? It’s McDonald’s!
I did have the pomegranate smoothie! It was surprisingly really good!

I remembered when I was a wittle girl, my version of a snack was 2 super sized fries. I have no idea how I was never obese since I ate that practically everyday. Thanks mother for not knowing how to say no to your kids when it came to bad food! But thank goodness for my super fast metabolism.
This was the go to spot since it’s a couple minutes away. They have bomb oreo Mc flurry ’ s that I used to get on occasion as well as their big and tasty! Boy oh boy, I sure have come a long way since I stopped eating fast food all together. I occasionally would come here just for their fries (it’s my only cryptonite). I think it’s the best tasting fries I’ve ever had in my entire existence. Crunchy on the outside and well done on the inside, with just the right amount of saltiness! I’m drooling just the thought of it. I never alow myself to go near McDonald’s just for this main reason.
My last visit here was to grab a couple coffee since it’s the only thing that helps me stay awake during my night shifts. Other than that, I don’t bother with their food… do yourself and your body a favor and get something organic. If you must cheat, go to in and out and grab a protein burger.

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Terrible service, extremely LOW food standards, un-​air conditioned. They just don’t seem to value customers at all.
Apparently, they don’t believe in giving out receipts… after I placed my order, I was waiting for the girl to hand me my receipt. She just stared at me and said, «uh…yes?» and I said «aren’t you going to give me my receipt?» and she goes «I’ll have to print another one, hold on.» Isn’t that regular procedure, to give customers their receipts? You shouldn’t have to «print another one» you should already have one ready. So ridiculous.
My boyfriend’s sister ordered a mango pineapple smoothie and it came out more like a slush. It was 90% ice. We asked for a replacement smoothie and all they could do was give us attitude. Look, if we order a smoothie, its supposed to be smooth and the right consistency — otherwise we’re not paying for it. Then, surprise, surprise, my food came out bad too. I ordered a grilled onion cheddar burger and it was chewy and gross — as if someone microwaved it and served it to me like that. Obviously, they truly don’t care about the products they send out to their customers.
Thanks for some disgusting food and bad service. We will not be returning here.

The only thing I like about this McDonald’s is the lower price of coffee from the other MD’s in surrounding areas. I end up paying double when I go to the one on Soto, near the hospital.
And if you go there pretty early before work or before the students start going to school, even better.
I have to agree w/​the other reviewers on how bad it gets as far as service & extremely congested since it’s across from ELAC & surrounded by blocks & blocks of apartments & student housing; the irony is they have another one down the street from there to meet the demand of the masses, both still very populated. With that in mind, service tends to lose quality & being hustle & bustle chances of your order not being right are a lot higher here. (I always have to make sure they give me decaf or I’ll get really sick), I usually tell them right there and then it’s not decaf.
Drive thru can be a nightmare some days/​nights.
Like I said, I just go for the coffee.
