This store is a treasure, not only the store but the lovely ladies that run the store. They service the community with kindness and grace. They are extremely helpful and prices are fantastic. Specials run throughout the week. Always new finds, which can take you back to wonderful childhood memories and some items just make you smile. They do their research on the items to price them appropriately and fairly.
Had a blast throughout the holidays as well!
They play music which is calming and enjoyable. All around good place to wander around and collect special trinkets and treasures for friends and family and make additions to your own collections.

My second disappointing visit to this thrift shop. Items seemed dated and over priced. I found a plaid skirt for my daughter and it was marked $ 15. It was not a designer brand and I put it back for that price. I found a light weight jacket for $ 20 which seemed high priced for being an off brand and declined to purchase that as well. My daughter found a book and that’s about all. We won’t try again. Due to the higher prices and low quality items, inventory moves slowly.

Excellent thrift/​re-​sale store near the cathedral in Monterey. It is clean, well-​laid out and the staff is quite welcoming and friendly. The items reflect the community and so much of it is tasteful and well-​made with decent to good prices.
They often have free coffee, treats and Catholic bric-​à-​brac for shoppers.

Neat store with a bunch of funky knicknacks, LOTS of toys and plenty of books. A bit pricey though. I understand it’s a charity shop, but quite a few clothing items originated from Walmart or Target and were being sold at close to the retail prices.
The staff was SUPER nice and friendly, and if I were to visit again, it would be for them!

Wow! Awesome shop!
This place is clean and very well organized. I was impressed by the super-​friendly staff and the quality of the items. Proceeds benefit the San Carlos school.
I will return here again when I come back down to visit my family.
It’s a dream for thrift-​store shoppers.

Lots of great one of a kind items, books, clothes, collectables, furniture and upscale merchandise at bargain prices! Its a fun place to spend an hour or so and the ladies who work there will help you put together a complete outfit for just about any occasion. They also usually have free coffee and cookies!

San Javier, Spain
The women who work here are extremely kind and helpful. The store helps support the San Carlos school. A huge boutique section with very nice women’s clothing, jewelry, etc. and some very nice men’s jackets/​blazers, ties, and shoe selection. I visit there for their furniture which they always have quite the selection. My last stop in I picked up a cute side table for only $ 10.00. They have fantastic sales, and offer discounts for military and students. Each morning they have coffee which they offer to the shoppers. A very friendly store — you won’t regret making this a favorite stop =)

Carmel by the Sea, CA
Some of the kindest people work at this huge thrift store located in the heart of Monterey. I only go to secondhand shops for one reason and that is to find woodies aka wooden rackets. They didn’t have any this time but instead I found a vintage set of rice bowls and tea cups from Japan. That was a lovely surprising find. All the proceeds go to benefit the San Carlos School located just a block away.
