There are lots of apartment complexes in the area — this is the bargin you’re looking for.
It’s safe, quiet and the neighbors are long term & create a real community of people who are considerate and helpful.
There is onsite management, with one day or same day turn around on fix-​it requests. Glenda runs the office and is super helpful. She accept packages, and turns around repair requests, facilitates carpet cleaning and other stuff.

This apartment complex is not up to par. There are many broken appliances in the apartments. The gate outside is broken and they have no intention of fixing it anytime soon. If you get a carport on the back side of the complex, there have been many robberies, as it is in a hidden area from the tenants. The dishwasher needs salts every now and then, and instead of installing new dishwashers or trying to fix them, the landlord tried to persuade me to just not use it. It is extremely noisy. The tenants are very loud even late at night, there are a lot of barking dogs, and there is an auto repair shop behind the apartments that cause a lot of noise constantly. Sometimes there are huge trucks making deliveries to the auto shop late at night (11pm) that are very loud for at least 30 minutes. No one picks up after their dogs so never walk on the surrounding grass areas. There are only SIX washers and dryers (TOTAL) for all of the 76 apartment units available. And most of the time at least 2 are broken. The manager was mostly unresponsive to complaints. Overall, a terrible experience.
