I have been coming here for a few years now and absolutely love Dr Friedman. He is kind, great bedside manners, and works me in his busy schedule.
He also has an eyeglass center next door with very trendy frames.
There has never been any hassles with insurance for me. All Good!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctor charged $ 400, and never dilated my pupils, nor complete the exam or provide contact or eyeglass prescriptions. He said that would be extra and I would have to return for another appt. I am no stranger to visiting ophthalmologists… I have needed to go to them for 50 years. Stay far away from this incompetent shyster.

I have been going to Dr. Friedman’s office for many years and had PRK with him. He’s great and a good physician.
His office manager and Norma, the billing person, are horrible. They immediately become defensive when you ask questions. They make no effort to listen to the patient and they are not willing to work for the patient and insurance limitations. They say that the diagnosis is the diagnosis and don’t try to work within insurance limitations to access insurance reimbursement and ease the burden on patients.
After 7 years, they have now lost me as a patient and will never return there.
