We had our wedding cake made by them and had a great experience. CJ Walton, the main baker we worked with, was professional, dependable, and friendly. We had some idea of what we wanted, but he also had some great ideas and it was a pleasure working with him to design a perfect cake for us. The price was all-inclusive, which ended up being great because we could then just focus on making the best cake(and he made us feel comfortable in doing whatever we wanted). We enjoyed the complimentary tasting(with generous portions) and used the opportunity to perfect the cake. We and our guests were delighted with the look and taste of the final product. On top of all that, we thought it was unique having our wedding cake made at a beautiful therapeutic community with the proceeds funding their mission to help their residents with mental illnesses.

I’ve eaten a lot of different awesome stuff from Gould Farm. On the short list we have –Blueberry Buckwheat Pancake Mix –Whole Grain bread(any of their breads are totally delicious… a real treat) –Maple Syrup –Cheddar Cheese Gould Farm also boasts a world famous pastry chef. I have never tried one of their cakes, but when I looked through the photo album, his beautiful creations made my mouth water. I was able to visit the farm and try the chocolate mousse. Oh My Good God this was out of control delicious. So rich and velvety. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. If you are in the Berkshires make sure you stop by this beautiful farm!

The Gould Farm Harvest barn has some of the most fantastic to die for desserts. Definitely better than anything I have found in Great Barrington. They are only open on the weekends, but its worth remembering! They also have yummy sourdough bread they make on the premises.
