Dr. Ikuta is thorough and caring, she makes sure I understand what she is doing and what I need. I would recommend Monterey Hearing Center to anyone in Monterey or Santa Cruz, there are two offices which is very convenient.

I called weeks on advance to ask if they were providers for both of my insurances and the woman said yes. I showed up and after filing up forms and wait for 10 or so minutes I asked again if they were in network and they said «I don’t think so». Very unprofessional health care provider! No manners and I felt mislead. Don’t waste your time!

My mother tried to purchase hearing aids from Dr. Ikuta. She was never given a price, never told about the 30 day return policy, given very ltitle instruction about how to use the product. She was not allowed a choice of hearing aids.
Dr. IIkuta never examined her ears ! Keep walking down Cass St. to next place!

Dr Ikuta has been our family’s Dr of Audiology for more than 10 years. What a blessing and help she is. She has treated our one year old to our 65 year old. Combine Education, Experience and Compassion and you have the highest qualities in an audiologist… That’s Dr Michele Ikuta! Thank you, Dr Ikuta.
