My appointments with Dr. Rosen are always short I think the most I have waited to go in a room was 5 minutes. They are great with last minute appointments as well. Dr. Rosen and his assistant are always professional and compassionate. When I leave the office I feel great about the visit and the fact that that Dr. Rosen listens to my concerns and address them accordingly.
Just today, I needed the office’s assistance with an urgent matter, and even though my Doc is on vacation, Rachel took control of the situation, used her internal/​external resources and made it happen. i love it when I call an establishment and being helped by a staff member that is knowledagble of their operations or services. Thank you so much Rachel!
