I was a real regular for pedicures and facials here and I often shopped their retail shop as well. The services were fine although the facial was a bit rough at times. I will NEVER go back though for this reason. My husband bought me a gift certificate of a large amount for my birthday. I used part of it, but then the manager said the balance had«expired.» I explained that the card did not disclose that it could expire or the date on which it was purchased or the date that it would expire. I expressed my extreme unhappiness and reminded the manager I was a regular. Not only did they do nothing to fix this, but the manager was rude about the whole thing. They will not get another dime from my family. I found better services elsewhere without the attitude.
