Cartridge World of Montgomery

TL;DR: Service was great; will have to wait longer to try their ink.
I can’t comment on the prices or quality of ink at Cartridge World (Montgomery location), as the grey-​haired manager politely explained that our Epson printers will have to be on the market a little longer before after-​market refills are available. (We’d visited Costco earlier to refill our new Epson WF-​2660s, only to be told there as well that they didn’t have ink refills for that model. Unlike at Cartridge World, the Costco employee didn’t explain why, however – she just said, «We don’t have it.» She did suggest Cartridge World as an alternative, though).
However, from what I saw, the customer service at Cartridge World was excellent. The manager patiently spent several minutes good-​naturedly answering the questions of my father (always one to pick the brains of people who seem knowledgeable), and offering advice as necessary (we later ended up buying another printer based on his advice).
Furthermore, at least two other customers visited while we were present; there was enough staff at 2:30 PM to immediately serve them, and they were out the door with their purchases in about five minutes each.
So while I wasn’t able to try Cartridge World’s products, I’m very pleased with their customer service. And if upon further visits I find their prices and ink quality are as excellent as their service, I’ll be able to add another star and give Cartridge World of Montgomery a five-​star review.
