Bait and switch at it again! We have had Charter cable for 6 months or so. We switched from a competitor based on a particular plan at Charter. Now we are told the children’s Channels aren’t included in the package anymore. If this isn’t a classic bait and switch, I don’t know what is. Now all of the sudden it will cost us more to keep channels that we were lured in with. Shame on you Charter.

I am so sick of Charter! I pay a lot of money just to watch TV. Tonight most of the channels are tiling so I have no choice in watching what I want. I rarely get NBC due to severe tiling. I am going to call for service one more time. The last«technician» that came said I need new lines. He had an attitude so I didn’t dare ask why he wouldn’t replace the lines. The people on the phone are usually nice. «Technician» in my home had that attitude that he was being bothered by doing his job. I don’t care for the attitude especially in my own home. I wanted to remind him that I pay his salary. I was afraid of reporting him because he does know where I live and I doubted anything would be done anyway. I should have at least asked his name so that I can request he never comes back to my home. Attitude and refusing to do his job means I have limited channels. Too bad I pay for all of them.
