We have dealt with Cohens before in a repair. Maybe being long distance causes issues but this time has been terrible. We had them look at our dishwasher, we determined it would be more cost efficient to buy then repair. We purchased a dishwasher over the phone with the recommendation of the salesman. On install they used side cabinet brackets to hold the dishwasher instead of the granite bracket we had on the old one. Upon screwing in the split our new cabinet and didn’t mention it, our tenants had to send us pictures of the damage as the installer was leaving. We have been waiting for weeks to hear they are going to repair the cabinet but constantly here the manager is out to lunch.
