Copas Bar and Lounge

I have been to copas bar and lounge many times (more than 20). It is not to far away from where I live so it is perfect. It is a fun place. The ambiance is great and the bands are excellent. I always have a good time.
Last night, we were sitting at the bar like we always do enjoying our first round of drinks. My girl and I decided to dance a little and when we came back to the bar our drinks were gone. So we ordered a second round. Half way through our drinks we decided to dance a little more. This time we stayed close by instead of going all the way to the dance floor.
When we came back, you guessed it, our drinks and waters were gone, again. This time I did voice my complaint to the the barmaids behind the counter. They listen but did not do anything about it. So I asked for a manager. Someone who looked like a manager but who ended up being the owner of the place approached me and basically told me that it was my responsibility to watch my drinks. End of story.
This really got me upset. So, I told him I could punch his pretty face. Needless to say we were escorted out of the place after we paid our bill.
This was such an easy fix, especially for the owner of the place. After all I am his customer and I am voicing a valid complaint. Pour me a couple of drinks, apologize, end of story. Everybody is happy.
I am in the service industry. If I would treat my complaining customers this way, I would have no business. Maybe he should stay home and hire a competent manager with the skills required to handle situations like this.

This place is rocking with latin beutiful ladies, the bar is in the middle, latin bands playing all kinds of good music. Salsa, merengue and many more. You will dance your butt off. There really is not much of a vip sections. For those who want to feel special. This place all right for its size.

this is one of the best salsa clubs I ever been to. has a great live band that plays all styles of latin music. and cover is cheap ladies get in free and the drinks are great for low price
