Rarely see customer service like this! Unable to contact my regular computer «guru,» saw the reviews of Dr Computer Repair online and called. He was able to help on short notice, courteous, professional, and definitely knowledgeable. Stopped other work to assist me, accurately diagnosed the problem and got me back in business. Had to call him back later for assistance, he helped me over the phone. I would definitely contact him again if I run into a problem.

Wesley was super-​helpful, super-​prompt and his recommendations for repair (or not … sadly, my laptop appears near the end of life) were spot on and much appreciated. I can’t recommend this business highly enough. If I had more stars to give, I would! Use this guy, you won’t be disappointed.

A friend was having trouble with his laptop and while I can troubleshoot minor issues, this one was out of my league. We contacted Dr Computer and explained what was happening. He identified the origin and had the laptop repaired in a couple of hours. Very reasonable rates, quick service, and very nice people. If you have a problem with your computer, give them a call.

Found Dr. Computer Repair by accident and was pleasantly surprised! He fixed our computer in a few hours, knew we were on a deadline and let us come pick it up after his business closed. Flat fee. Highly recommend!!!
