customer service was excellent. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me in for a full lash set the next day. crystal was the woman who did my lashes and she was great. she explained what she was doing but otherwise was very quiet and I fell asleep multiple times. the rooms are dark and relaxing music plays so it’s hard not to fall asleep. they have a special right now for $ 99 which is amazing. I was nervous that that would mean the quality wasn’t there– but I was wrong. crystal went above and beyond and I’m really happy I took a chance. I highly recommend this place

Love the ladies that work here! I was greeted by Crystal who was super sweet and helped me fill out some paperwork. Trina was my Lash Stylist and she did such an amazing job with my lashes. I naturally have long thin lashes and Trina made them so full and long. The staff here are very friendly and professional. The atmosphere the studio gives off is super relaxing and all the lash stylists here are capable of doing a wonderful job! But I would easily recommend Trina for anyone who is interested in getting their lashes done here. I’ll definitely be coming back.
